Half marathon nutrition?
Hi guys,
I have signed up to do a half marathon in March. Just wondering if anyone had any tips re eating appropriately whilst training? Would be very grateful. Thanks in advance |

Would have thought you would be better off on a running forum, probably find people doing the same marathon as you too.
