Roasted bone marrow

Anyone had this? Where can you buy it?

I imagine you would have to make it yourself, if you can get some big marrow bones that is.

CJD rather stopped it's general production.

You should be able to get bone marrow from a decent butchers then find a recipe that takes your fancy online.

No it hasn't! It's perfectly safe to eat and most good butchers sell it.

I wasn't saying it was unsafe, much of the hysteria at the time was just that hysteria - we don't see hordes of people with the human variant now which is what they predicted at the time. I haven't seen it in the shops since then which is why I thought it had been stopped.

I haven't visited a butchers shop in over 30 years so they may stock all sorts of things. You certainly cannot get it in supermarkets though.

Pretty sure i've seen it in Morrisons. If it's not on the shelf ask the Morrison's butcher as they are proper butchers and prepare 'everything' in store (my mate who works there told me).

I was going to say I thought I had seen them in Morros too, but wasn't sure. I have certainly got most cuts of meat from their over the years.
