Which box ? If it's a Foxsat you may be in non-freesat mode.

Press menu settings. Look at the bottom if there is an entry STB mode it should say Freesat if not change it.

It's not Foxstat, but thanks anyway. As it happens, I switched it off and then on and lo and behold, it came back.
