Yeah I saw that, but I thought we'd have one for running commentary on the show rather than a discussion on who'd win it. Oh well.

This programme gets more ridiculous every year. Why pad it out for so long.

At least they have some sport to show this year, can't help wondering how many more years they can keep claiming SPOTY has any relevance

Are all the nominees from the Olympics. It seems to be only about the Olympics so far

LOL at mark cavendish's entrance! More camp than Kylie coming out at the 2002 Brits on that big CD.

My precious will wins it, Wigginses.

And if he loses? What then? Well if he loses then we eats it! If Wiggins loses we eats it whole!

I'm listening on the radio. This must be the greatest year for British sports ever. . But all those guys who post on football will not be here . Wonderful. Most of us love all sports , but sadly some people only like one sport . Never mind that is their loss. So Soo sad I am going to love this evening

I'm only watching as a filler until Making Of A Lady kicks in on ITV1. The news programmes later and beyond will be full of who won what with past footage for me to catch up.

Clare Balding rules. Awaiting her decaration gong at some point.

Rory McIlroy????

Two of the others would have been in the final 12 even without their Olympic Golds
