Is the panto actually live or is it possible that it was recorded some time ago, hence the lack of live streaming and interactive content?

I'm surprised at Kittens reaction. She seems to be taking this way to seriously!. Still, good viewing, I wish there was more live coverage though. With no 24 hr live coverage, half an hout isn't enough, they would do better to have an hour of highlights, rather 30 mins highlights and 30 mins live. They could at least edit (apart from sound cuts) the ch 4 morning show to make it more interesting. Whats the point of having a repeat of 30 mins live coverage when its not live?. In fact, the morning show had less than last nights, we didnt get to see Kittens reaction to her casting.

The second half hour on E4 is live, but time delayed by 15 minites. (Mel mentioned it was 9.30pm on monday nights show, at 9.45pm).
Tthe ch 4 morning show is just a repeat of the previous nights live coverage. with sound cuts footage editted out (ie any sound cuts , the whole period of the cut is removed for the ch 4 repeat).

Quite why they couldnt show the full casting this morning is beyond me, they had 12 hours to edit it. Instead we got 15 mins of mostly Narinda and Nick in the bedroom on this mornings show.

Yes, but there's still nothing to show that this is actually live and happening now. They could have recorded the whole thing some time ago. I just don't understand why they would do this over christmas, especially Jade. Wouldn't she want to be with her kids?

If it was live, surely Channel 4/E4 would be showing more coverage? Considering BB is big business for the channel, you'd think they'd be making a bigger deal of it. It just doesn't make sense.

Apart from Cinders, what other part is left ?

Well according to the official site, there's just "Fairy Hairdresser - The Fairy's personal, fashion-conscious stylist... Noone went for this role but since Jade spent quite some time giving Spencer a haircut on the second day, she could be a strong candidate if she doesn't get Cinders. "

Its ill concieved and not thought out, I agree, 1/2 an hour is not enough, but its advertised as live , in the same way that normall bb interactive is advertised as live (ie 15 min delay for sound cuts to be implimented). They would be fined a huge amount by the governing body if it was all recorded some time ago, they just couldnt get away with it.
and someone would have seen them out and about, they'd all have to hide away for 3 weeks otherwise. The press would certainly get wind of it.
They do have xmas day and boxing day off to spend with their familys I believe.

And Marco wouldn't have been on here a few days ago finishing his essays and looking forward to going in.

Well call me a cynic but I'm not 100% convinced. Live coverage could be interpreted as unedited coverage. The time delay could be say two weeks I can't argue against the Marco thing, unless he is being very cunning and clever.

There's a difference between opposing an opinion in a forum for debate and pointing out personal character flaws in someone you barely know. That to me is self importance to the point of social ineptitude. It's a character trait of the spoiled brat.

...and that's why I don't like Narinder.

But calling someone a spoiled brat is pointing out a 'character flaw' isnt it?. Unless you personally know Narinda?.

In the end though I like her, you dont, I wont argue with that

Touché.

Maybe that's where the self-loathing comes from.

good guess, she said it to jade. She was talking about her agent and Jade's agent asking the producers of 'I'm a celeb...' and the entire protocol the celebs have to go through to get on the show.

Hmmmmmm- the morning show's ABSOLUTELY NOT live by any definition of that word. I guessed that on the first morning when 2 of the housemates-Marco was one, I forget who the other was-were talking about things which should not feature on a morning TV show, and yet there were no sound cuts! Why do Channel 4 tell such LIES?

But why is it self importance?

Couldn't someone point to character flaws without any sense of self-importance?

Some of the people who've been in I'm a Celeb have been less well-known. And Heat (hack, spit) has a Q&A with Narinder in the current issue. "Celebrity" doesn't mean much more than that these days.

'Someone' could, absolutely but not Narinder. Listen to her have a conversation with someone. Almost everything she has to say is relative to her, what she's done, what she's going to do, how she fits into a particular situation.

Everything about her reminds me of Shirley Valentine's description of men.
