But this is a 'show biz' family, so not surprising really if their kids go down the fame route. Can't really see them studying to become a social worker, or a nurse etc.

I think that is cruel, especially as someone who suffered throughout their childhood from bullying caused by, among other things, having wonky teeth. But let's not forget that imperfections are fashionable in modelling these days and I guess that even counts for children- but maybe not necessarily babies. So on that side of things it is nice to see a young lad who isn't model-perfect being chosen for a high profile campaign.

HOWEVER! This is the Beckhams we're talking about here so obviously there's another angle to this, which is pure and simple nepotism. I have a feeling that once the football dries up for Derek- which it pretty much has- then the whole brand- er, sorry, family, are styling themselves towards fashion world domination.

That said I think the two elder boys are very handsome and could potentially do well, but I don't for one minute believe this is something they would ever be remotely interested in without Victoria's input and I feel this has probably been the cherry on the icing of her year; now she even literally 'breeds' style. And there's probably a helluva lot more of this to come too.

Jerry Hall & Mick Jagger's daughter Georgia May Jagger. Pretty girl but there would have been a slim chance of her getting modelling work with those teeth if it wasn't for her parents being who they are.

Getting jobs just because of who you know or who you are related to isn't only confined to the entertainment business though. Look in any Council offices and you'll find dozens of people working there 'because their mum, dad, auntie, etc' got them in.

But Romeo is a 10 year old child, it's enough that his parents are famous, he's not having a proper childhood modelling for a very famous company like Burberry.

Oh come off it! One or two days modelling for this campaign is hardly going to interfere with his childhood. Unless he's embarking on a modelling career, this is not even an issue.

Cute kid however I don't think his parents should have let him do this. It opens the floodgates to people being nasty about a ten year old. A non famous kid would not get the same ridicule. But from a business point of view - genius - loads of free publicity for Burberry and brand Beckham.

It would be naive to assume these children are going to live quiet reclusive lives. The Beckhams are a comodity and with clever marketing the kids will expand the Beckham Dynasty. Such is life. They were never ever going to have a "normal" life. They are privilleged very rich kids mixing with similar.
