Gammon and Pork
one is a red meat, one is a white meat,
why such a difference... are nt they both from the same animal... ie a pig ! |

I wouldnt say pork was red meat, pork and gammon are the same colour when cooked.

Like others have said, I wouldn't say either is a red meat.

Gammon and Pork are 2 different sort of Pigs.
