CS: To be fair Kirsty, I'd quite like to smack Fiz too

Yeesh, this woman! I can almost stand her interfering, dodgy legal advice and generally making a nuisance of herself but now she's starting to have feelings for Ty and is being all flirty and doe eyed, yuck!!! That man is married to someone else, whether or not you like them, put the poor guy down!

Honestly. She really needs to mind her business. I actually feel sorry for Kirsty now, she should take Ruby as far away from those scheming half wits ASAP.

Because alone with a parent who has a history of domestic violence is obviously the best place for that baby to be?

I'm not sure if this is trolling, or you're actually serious.. If you are serious I feel sorry for you.

Unbelievable.

Not trolling, just really don't like the way the storyline is going. You don't need to feel sorry for me cos I can't stand a made up chatacter in a mdae up story. Of course it's unbelievable, it's meant to be is it not?

But you wouldn't mind a baby being left with someone who is clearly unhinged and abusive?

It depends on how they play it out, but I would have preferred if Tyrone and Fiz got together after this Kirsty stuff was over. It would have been more meaningful if Kirsty's suspicions had actually been just that, her being parinoid.

But, still Tyrone (in his mind) isn't really cheating even. He isn't with Kirsty really, nor does he love her anymore, he is only there because of the baby.

Also, Fiz believes the lawyers advice is correct, it isn't her fault if she can't afford a better one who gives proper advice. That's actually Kirsty's fault, as she got Fiz fired.

I am not sure the advice was that bad really. Once Tyrone and Kirstly are married Tyrone will automatically get Parental Responsibility. An unmarried father doesnt get this without going to court and getting a judgement and in Tyrones case he cant really do that at the moment. Once he does have the PR he has a lot more standing in court although i dont know how it would play out with his name not on the birth certificate.

I know nothing about that kind of stuff, it's only because the people on the SoR thread were talking about it, and people who knew more about it reckoned it would make no difference. Whatever way, he would need a paternity test, and Kirsty would be long gone by the time it had gone through the courts.

He could just go to the police showing the bruises and kisrty will be arrested then he could do a paternity test and take care of ruby. Fiz is annoying.

Can't stand Fiz either, she's ruining a really good storyline and her appauling acting 'skills' is taking away from the fabulous performances from Tyrone and Kirsty (sorry don't know their real names).

Such a shame they've felt the need to go down a tired and boring path of an affair, really wasn't needed.

Tyrone is not married yet. Are you forgetting that they once had a romance??
Are you serious? You are feeling sorry for Kirsty?
Kirsty is a violent abuser!

Kirsty obviously has mental problems and has suffered abuse herself so what's wrong with feeling sorry for her?

Kirsty is a mental and physical abuser, is a danger to the baby, is actually refusing to give the baby her rights by denying the father to be in her life without her in his life.

A small town busy body vs mentally unstable person who beats up her SO.
I take the busy body any day.

I'm quite glad for Fiz and Tyrone to be together, I think they make a good couple. I know Fiz grates a lot of people on here but I don't mind her and I hate that in the pub everyone is blinded by Kirsty, with Sally slagging her off. They've known Fiz for how long?

I would have preferred them to get together once Kirsty had gone but it wouldn't have made exciting viewing. I'm looking forward to the weeks ahead but I will be purchasing a big pillow to hide behind!

2 good things that can come out of this story line.

1: It prevents some cases of this in real life starting / carrying on.

2: Kirsty leaves the street.

I agree with you - dont understand the dislike for Fizz? Sure, she can be a bit of a busy-body, a bit over the top, but she and Tyrone go way back. I can understand her wanting to help him, just maybe leave the physical side of things till Kirsty is unlikely to appear with a meat cleaver! If, as I understand from posts on this forum, Tyrone is unable to get a paternity test without Kirsty's permission, then its time the law was changed. How many men are affected by this bias in real life situations?
Tyrone should set up some sort of CCTV in his house - surely Kirsty could not deny the visual proof?

I preferred it when Tyrone was with Maria.
