A bit of a coup for Corrie, RSC Actor Timothy West joins the cast as a love interest for returning Gloria Price (Sue Johnston)

Oh noo Gloria returning, hopefully they give her better material. I was glad when she left she was annoying and I didnt find her funny.

I normally love Sue Johnson, but Gloria was/is an awful character, badly written. Good to see Timothy West though. Also enjoying Howard from Last of the Summer Wine as the Lollipop man!

How many episodes is he doing?

Tim West is wonderful! Even I'll tune in to see that!

Lets hope that Tim brings out some of Sues better acting skills!

Couldn't Gloria have had a facelift, and come back played by Prunella Scales? I would love to see her as landlady of the RR.
