Are the recipes that Michel cooked on December 18 & 19 available to print out ?
I know that I can watch the videos, but I need to print them off if I attempt them.

I watched one of his shows this week, and noticed he doesn't give exact quantities. He made a delicious looking chicken baked in a salt crust. He didn't explain how much salt/flour for the crust.

I love watching Michel work. He seems such a lovely man and up for a laugh. But I would never attempt to make anything he shows us how to do in his Masterclass programmes, despite how delicious I'm sure it is. That sort of cooking is probably best left to the pros in the professional kitchens and it seems the programme makers agree because they never tell you the precise measurements of anything.

Good luck Andy! I hope you post pictures of your attempts at Michel Roux's food like you do your cakes!

Not necessarily, many chefs expect you to buy their book to discover the quantities these days it's not about helping the public or teaching us things it's about making more money.

Some of his dishes are very complicated, but i just watched the roast pigeon with pea french style and it seemed a doddle tbh. Just lots of steps.

Just google any salt/flour crust pastry - you aren't going to eat it so it doesn't need to be exactly the same.

They were all filmed for MS:tP, not for any 'masterclass' programme. I think MRJ is above teaching the plebs how to cook at home.
