Problems installing BT Vision 2.0 software update?
Hi,
BT have now introduced some new help pages for the new look platform. So if anyones having problems with the new platform the following solutions may help - http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/d...1274/related/1 Also, Vision 2.0 users now need to rescan for channels and restart their boxes too. http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/d...1274/related/1 |
