[GAME] The X Factor 20 - Live Show 7
Good evening Digital Spy forumers and welcome to the seventh live show of The X Factor 20. Tonight, the remaining eight acts will sing songs from the US TV series “Glee” so look forward to a spectacular cheesy night. However, tonight the decision is down to you. From this stage onwards, only the public vote will count and the judges scores will only be a guidance. Tonight is a double elimination so the acts will need it. Last week, saw a triple elimination as Ella Henderson, Christopher Maloney and Jade Ellis were eliminated from the competition. David Correy topped last week’s vote and will be hoping too again. After all acts have performed, the voting will open and you can vote for your favourites by ranking them from 8 (best) to 1 (worst) and PM them to me.
Right, now it’s time to introduce our judges and their remaining acts. Ryan11 and the last remaining Girl CeCe Frey Spanner 82 and the last remaining Over Carolynne Poole Kuda_Kunaka and The Groups MK1 Times Red Fifth Harmony Soppyfan and The Boys David Correy Adam Burridge James Arthur Judges, are you here? |

Gonna be honest here - it was great, but not amazeballs. Kinda had hopes that you'd be singing the troubletones version of Rumour has it/someone like you but i'm not your mentor

Fifth Harmony
I loved it! That was my favourite performance from you to date! After that performance, I honestly think that you girls can win this competition. Well done! |

Fifth Harmony
Girls...what a way to start on what I think is gonna be a spectacular night. The harmonies were on point once again and it's due to the song choices that you have had since Kuda took over mentoring the groups. Last week, I said you could be winners and you still are, amazing opener!

Fifth Harmony
That's my girls! Spanner must be going nuts cause, Tonight, you were full exposed. I gave you a classic, inspirational moving ballad and it was so encouraging the way you poured your hearts out on that stage. The vocals were stunning, the harmonies were excellent. Brilliant performance for me

Scores
Kuda scored a 10 Ryan scored a 9 Spanner scored a 7 Steve scored a 10 Fifth Harmony score 36 out of 40 Great opening to the show from the girls and a great score; but they'll need to rely on your votes tonight. So, over to Soppyfan and the Boys now. He was the comeback king last week as he re-entered the competiton. Here to show us why he deserves to be on this stage and performing the biggest single of the year, it's James Arthur http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GcoPRhazEg8 |

James Arthur
James my man, you came back with a great song and tonight, you were amazing with the song choice I gave you. You were on stage and doing what you do best. I want people to keep voting for you because you are the come comeback king. I'm so proud!

James
I have to confess I didn't expect Glee to be a strong week for you. The song choice was okay but I think the vocals were a key too low for you and that made me enjoy it quite less. I don't think you did your best.. or if that's your best (which I hope it isn't) ill be worried for you tonight

Scores
Kuda scored a 7 Ryan scored a 6 Spanner scored a 6 Soppyfan scored a 9 James scores 28 out of 40 Average score from the judges but their opinion doesn’t matter tonight. Spanner and Ryan weren’t that impressed but that score puts him in joint fourth place overall. We head back to the Groups now and Kuda. The just missed the Bottom 4 last week and with a double elimination on the cards, they’ll be hoping for a knock out performance that puts them near the top. Here with their gleetastic take on a Stevie Wonder classic, it’s Times Red. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoBqfnNbnCI |

Times Red
Guys...that was MUCH better than before as the vocals were on the mark this time and you obviously have worked very hard with the song choice you were given. It was actually a great rendition of the original. Well done boys.

Times Red
Wasn't that lovely? Wonderful. I decided to strip you all down to just vocals (no, not baby oil). Lol. We started the song acapella and started building it up and at the end we had a great performance. I think people have finally heard your voices and really what you are made of.

Guys there were so many other songs you could've picked that were suited to what Times Red is all about. Poor song choice from your mentor
