Samsung 5-series or 6-series 40" LED?
Hi all,
Been mulling a new TV over for weeks, and finally narrowed it down to a new 40" Samsung LED TV. It's either the UE40ES5500 at £449.99 from John Lewis including 5 year guarantee or the UE40ES6300 for £579.99 from Amazon (John Lewis only sell the 37" at nearly £600). I've heard good things about the 6-series Samsungs. However, given I am not that fussed about 3D, and I am connecting via ethernet cable for Smart, does the picture quality difference make it worth paying £120 more for the 6-series? Or are there other advantages over the 6-series compared to the 5-series I am missing? Thanks for any help. |

One question, can the LCNs be edited, for instance chopping out unwanted stations, and more importantly remapping the HD channels from 101-4 to 1-4 ? |

I think all Samsungs have the ability to store favourite channels in any order you want and the ability for you to delete channels should you then still need to...
