I was just getting of the M1 to go into Leicester yesterday and I needed to get in the right hand lane. I signalled and no cars would let me in, I look at the guy in the car to my right and it's Jon Tickle! Jon was sticking two fingers up at me (not like that!), he was trying to tell me that there were two lanes and no need for me to go in the right lane. I just wound the windows down, as did he, and pointed at him and said "Jon - your the man!"

He seemed quite happy. I asked him what he was upto and he said he was on his way to a Xmas party (I think he said it was his work's Xmas party). I asked him where it was and he said in the Stoughton Drive area and I told him that was near the Halls Of Residence for Leicester Uni, and I told him I was a student there - he asked me which halls I was at and he said "That's ok then" when I told him Digby. He was driving a Laguna and I remarked that I thought he'd have something flash now. He said it was his company car and he doesn't have anything else which shocked me. So he told he doesn't mind because the Laguna is free.

I told him many times that I thought he was great on BB, which I did and he seemed cheerful. He quickly reminded me that a new series of Braniac starts next week at which point I told him I saw a repeat earlier in the day. There my first ever celeb spot in a car!

I bet if it was Shell, she'll flash you her bad beaver to ruin your day. Jon gets better and better, compared with most of the BB motley maddening crowd.

I think Jon would be one of the only HM I'd actually like to go out for a drink with. He just seems the most "normal" person out of the majority.

Second only to Dean in the reality normality contest.

I always liked the ticklemiester.....he was shunned by the HMs in BB4 because they thought him boring.... It was more so when he was out of the house I loved it when they brought him back in. He should of been in the BB panto he would of been a scream

....as did the majority of the voting public. Yes, he got voted back in as an honorary HM with a contrived vote which he couldn't possibly lose but in the main vote, he got chucked out because most of us did actually think he was boring.

And yet both are probably considered to be two of the most boring HMs in the history of BB.

He was just a not-very-bright nerd who though that talking nonsense was a suitable alternative to being genuinely intelligent.

The tuneless rendition of Hotel California, with the light glinting flatly off his little round spectacles, was a classic BB moment though.

Pity he believed his own hype when he was put back in the house and began a pathetic running commentary on events... his obsession with Cameron (a declared virgin, as opposed to himself, an undeclared virgin) was creepy, and he became absolutely insufferable at that point, and out of all the BB lot, he, in his own quiet, innocent way, is probably the one who has disappeared most up his own arse.

Congratulations JJ, that post makes up for all your slagging off of the lovely Michelle.

And what hype was that then..........I suppose he was put back in because the others were "pathetic" after all...was that it? Everyone believed that...he got half a million votes in an hour,,,which must have been a slap in the face if you didn't like him

bit harsh to criticise Jon's behaviour when he returned to the house. He had the upper hand on the same people who treated him badly on his previous stint in the house.Anyone would have enjoyed the power that he had.
It was priceless when he wound up Ray (who I liked a lot ) by telling him his nomination meant that he couldn't win.The talking into the mirror thing was a bit crap but he soon gave up on that idea. The one mistake that Jon made was that he probably made people feel sympathy towards Cameron. He should have talked Cameron up then perhaps he wouldn't have won (wishful thinking but I'm clutching at straws here!)

Where did the half a million votes come from? Your mobile?

I don't hate the guy or anything - I loved it when he kept surviving after being nominated time after time, and I felt for him when the vile Justine turned on him with those false Shell-type "he's perving me" accusations.

It was just, once he got a whiff of the adulation from a small crowd of Star Wars fans at his eviction, he did start to believe that we were laughing with him and not at him. Then, when he got put back in the house, he thought he was the star of the show and went off into a world of his own. Meanwhile of course, psycho Lisa had become the real and terrifying star of the show.

He's a harmless nerd, quite charming in his own way: but his "intelligence" should be seen for what it is - a comedic talent for talking pseudo-scientific rubbish and spouting the type of inventive fantasy most of us boys leave behind the moment we lose our virginity.

I don't think there's any rational explanation for Cameron winning. It's just one of those things which happens and then no own takes any responsibility for it afterwards.

For some reason Scotland seems to produce more than it's fair share of these macabre winners, e.g.:

Michelle McManus (who she??)
David Sneddon (who he??)

The great thing about Cameron is he seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth, turning up only on BBC Scotlands Children in Need crap-a-rama. If only his idiot brother would disappear too.

I read on Jon Tickle's website that when he met up with Cameron's brother he was threatened with violence so the psychotic tendencies seem to run in the family

I'd say Jon was a bit of a confident nerd.Anyone remember when he found out that he was up for eviction for the second time.He shrugged his shoulders, went outside and swung a big wooden mallet right into his shin.Cruel, but that made me laugh out loud!

I didn't vote at all....so half a million came from people other than me....bet you find that annoying ....He's got the record for the longest spent going back to the studio because the crowd loved him so much....I'm sure over in the Cameron Clubhouse you were all moaning over you non-alcoholic beverages about that

I don't hate the guy or anything - I loved it when he kept surviving after being nominated time after time, and I felt for him when the vile Justine turned on him with those false Shell-type "he's perving me" accusations.
You do hate him That's cool though.....he has no objection to people having a go at him.....

It was just, once he got a whiff of the adulation from a small crowd of Star Wars fans at his eviction, he did start to believe that we were laughing with him and not at him. He got a lot of support from a lot of people....In fairness you can't really claim he only had support from a small crowd of Star Wars fans...well, you can claim it obviously but that just fits your opinion because you don;t want to accept he was popular

He's a harmless nerd, quite charming in his own way: but his "intelligence" should be seen for what it is - a comedic talent for talking pseudo-scientific rubbish and spouting the type of inventive fantasy most of us boys leave behind the moment we lose our virginity.
Yep...you keep saying that.....Just put "I think" and you're on sound ground

Cameron's brother is a gibbering idiot, with an accent much worse than Cameron's. He has kicking about up here as a "DJ" and "TV presenter" for years - well before Cameron got on BB4... so Cameron was never quite the "I don't even own a telly" media innocent he made himself out to be.

I always thought that Cameron probably had some coaching from his brother before BB about how to present the best image of yourself on tv.Not the best coaching obviously!
BTW I'm not ashamed to admit that I put in 10 votes for Jon to go back into the BB house, practically the only time I've bothered to vote on BB

Does nobody wonder about all this conversation going on between 2 cars flying down the M1?

Hold on, correction, the M1, they probably weren't moving at all.
