The Curry Appreciation Thread.
Hi everyone.
Be it Chinese, Indian , Thai and more.Share your views on your favourite dishes and I'll start. South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken: As a lover of garlic, this was an absolute delight to eat and always get it every 2 weeks. It's hot and spicy just the way I like it. Chicken Tikka Balti & Garlic : Another dish with garlic. Amazing curry. Again this one is quite spicy too. Chicken Ceylonese : Another spicy curry full of flavour too. I have too many to note down haha. Please share your opinions on your favourite dishes.

My favourites are Sri Lankan pork, beef and wild boar curries, the way that my mum does them. I also love Thai red curry, beef or chicken. I also enjoy a chicken katsu curry.
I love curry. I have it approx two or three times a month. |

I'd have curry for three meals a day if I could. I'm not sure what's classed as a curry because I like lamb sag. I like madras but still haven't tried a vindaloo.

I have a curry EVERY Saturday
![]() I like Asda's Thai Red Curry paste. I add PLENTY of fish sauce and a little brown sugar to get it exactly right to my taste !

The three I make regularly
1) Chicken Tikka Massala type curry 2) Thia Green Curry (chicken or veggie with aubergine) 3) Pork Vindaloo (This one - http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/porkvindaloo_89999) Recently got into beef madras. Not as hot as I imagined. Tastes like a spicy beef stew. |

My OH makes a fabulous curry at least once a week.
From a basic mince and potato to a more "ahem"explosive pork vindaloo
