At least Vincent's choreography wasn't embarrassingly bad like Brendan's bacofoil showdance for Lisa. Vincent could go for the cutsey style showdance like their fusion, but that would be too samey. Glad he took risk. Respect to them, they seemed to know they weren't going through the second part of the final, which turned out better because I got to see their best bits. The second and third after Louis was given seconds to commiserate, and Brucie was so mind-bogglingly rude I didn't even remember what the two runner up couples said in the end!”

I think Vincent's choreography was probably fine, and dear Dani has risen to ALL of it. Jill Halfpenny said all of it, over the whole series was hard.

I really laud Vincent for making it ABOUT the dances, their steps, their difficulty but the beauty of that in motion etc.

I just think that Dani was exhausted and frightened, her nerves got to her, she gave it all in her Tango, was slammed for mistakes that were minor, and lost her umph and confidence.

I felt for her massively.

I think she's great, and her and ~Vincent did some wonderful things.

And it's okay. They gave us huge pleasure and got to the final. And whether I think that Dani was sidelined and pushed to the wall, or whether she was the worst, well, doesn't matter.

Thank you both D and V, for giving me such pleasure, and the ridiculous smile, whenever I watch you.

Because pleasure is really what it's all about.

Over the weeks I have felt that Denise' costumes have let her down. I have hated the open midriff numbers and yet again tonight she was wearing yet another one. In the show dance her dress was far too short, this is a lass who felt uneasy about lifts etc and the dress just emphasised her bum and legs too much, which made the lifts look clumsy. Of all the celebs I have disliked her costumes the most because they have not flattered her figure and not complimented the dances.vShe was set up,to fall 4th.

Also think they suffered with not getting enough practice due to Dani commuting to York for panto rehearsals.

The concept of the show dance was the best IMHO as it had a decent amount of proper dance content. Just a shame they didn't practice enough.
