Hi Folks, can anyone spread a bit of Christmas cheer?

My Dad has just acquired one of these phones, but is having trouble using it with the Bluetooth hands free kit in the car. The two have been paired up OK, but as soon as you turn off the ignition the unit disconnects from the car, and to use the bluetooth handsfree again, you have to manually re-connect the phone to the car kit. The car kit is a Nokia Cark12 type, and when previously used with his old Nokia 6310i, the phone would automatically re-connect to the hands free kit when the car was started, provided the bluetooth was still turned on in the phone.

Can anyone help please??

Just ensure battery saving is switched off.

Yeah i had the exact same problems, sorted now tho , you know how u say its not ur phone showing go to settings on that phone even tho its not urs then go to new phone, itll allow u to set up a new phone and pick from a list v3 will be there once u do that hey presto ur phone will show up then u can send files from pc to phone, i had to find out the hard way took me ages :s, anyway hope that helps if not give me a pm and ill try help u more, thanx
