Just out of curiosity, how many forum rules does the OP have to break before receiving a ban?

Or is he immune like Terry and his aliases?

I was actually happier for Flavia than Louis, it seemed like winning meant a lot more to her than to him.
They both had beaming smiles and looked so happy, so I'm a bit

Maybe it was just Louis natural reserve, but when it was announced it looked like Flavia was overjoyed and Louis was congratulating her, it's normally the other way round with the pro congratulating the celeb.

I'm sure Louis was happy to win, but it's hardly the most important competition he's been involved in lately whilst Flavia has been working on Strictly for years without winning.

Happy for both of them anyway so it doesn't really matter, just how I read the situation.

Which is what you set out to achieve in the first place, well done on getting a reaction. Shame you just can't savour Louis's win

Warned about what? Objecting to you continuously trolling this forum with your false allegations of racism, without penalty? No, I haven't.

Thrilled that he won. He had an awesome night.

Dirty Dancing, awesome, a crowd pleaser if ever there was one
The Show Dance - awesome, like a strong mans ballet
The Charleston - fantastic quirky and fun

Denise was fantastic - even though I am not a fan she deserved her place in the final three
Jive - she can dance, really dance
Show Dance - amazing
Eqyptian routine - awesome

Kimberely - she is a sweetie
Loved all of her dances. I would not have minded her winning cause her and Pasha seem such lovely people.

But I am so glad Louis won, there was something about him that I found endearing, and out of all the dancers he was the only one where I looked forward to his routines.

Wouldn't go that far and I'm more pleased for Flavia than Louis but Louis won me over last night and I loved their showdance. I don't think he was the best dancer (I would have placed him 4th in that respect) but he was clearly the most popular and that's what the show is all about.

Over the moon that Louis and Flavia won.
From the very beginning they have been our favourites.
Something about the way Louis dances appealed to us as a family so much.
And their show dance was FAB-U-LOUS!
Denise and Kimberley were great - and Vincent and Dani were big favourites of ours too.
Great final.
But the right couple won for us!

I love that they won too because they were my favourite couple. So exciting to watch and Louis did show a lot of personality despite what the judges usually think about his abscent facial expressions.
However, in my opinion Denise and James were the best dancers on the night. I wouldn't have known she that she wasn't a professional dancer.
Kimberly was let down by her pout and hairstyle. It was ugly even though it is required by the tango. I wish they hadn't chosen that dance. I thought Kimberly and Pasha would win.
Fourth placed Dani and Vincent had a difficult dance and lifts don't really suit them. Again I wish they had chosen one of their other dances for the final, a waltz maybe.
It was a brilliant final only spoiled by Brucie getting his knickers in a twist about the other dancers crowding on the dance floor at the end.

I am delighted Louis and Flavia won. Of all of the finalists I feel he has made the longest journey, and both of them are never anything but polite and charming when interviewed - or overwhelemed!

I loved the showdance, as the judges said it was so very different, wish they had done a ballroom dance as their own choice (with Louis in white tie & tails) but I can see exactly why they chose the Charleston.

The only thing that is irking me is the reports of him doing a double-somersault. He didn't - he did a side somersult early on, and two separate single somersaults. He might be a top-class gymnast but I don't think he would attempt a double with a human lying in the landing area, especially since all the training is to land with the feet togeather...

Will watch that show dance again (and Denise's) on iPlayer.

Felt sorry for Dani as she has done some great dancing, felt that Vincent didn't get the showdance right and it didn't flow.

Ecstatic? No. But pleased.

Their three dances on the night were just about the best and Louis was pretty flawless all series. Well done. I didn't love them but I did respect them.

Denise is a great dancer. TOO good for an amateur show. She made it look far too easy. I almost don't judge her by the same set of standards. The judges all said she was a pro. That's how she comes across and I don't think the viewers want that. There have to be setbacks and problems.

Kimble. Just didn't have 'victor' written over her. Nor Pasha. I think he's destined to come close but he's too......nice? And their showdance was pants. Plus the way the judges were all over her like a rash. That doesn't help anyone.

Dani. On the night her worst performances. Sadly. Not helped by the rubbish showdance dress or (frankly) messy choreography.

Well done, Louis.

By taking his shirt off.
I don't agree. I voted for him for several reasons but one of them was not that he took his top off. His showdance to me was brilliant and would have been the same with a shirt.

I don't think he needed to take his shirt off but nobody mentions that from week 1 the girls have been showing off lots of leg, knickers, midriff, boobs and the males are usually completely covered up.

If the public only vote for naked chests then how come Artem did not make the final or even win? His naked chest is, in my view, much nicer and sexier than Louis'

Have just rewatched Louis' showdance a couple of times on iPlayer, and I see more going on each time. It also has lovely timing with the music, absolutely spot on at the end.

Also noticed that both were bare-foot hence Darcy knows what shape his instep is!

Agree, as much as I love Vincent, the show dance and music was not good, it was lumpy. Denise was same as usual, excellent, the same as usual and there is the problem. Kimberley was great Pasha's show dance was exactly like last year's, chaotic. All of Louis and Flavia's dances were great: Dirty Dancing = crowd-pleaser. Showdance = strong man ballet. Charleston = wit, bendy, dangerous, great.

If a top ballerina can give such high praise to Louis then the dance has to be good. She knows her stuff, insteps and all.

I am thrilled that he won.

Gawd ! Who cares if he is purple with green stripes. ....apart from the colours clashing.
The boy did good. I was rooting for him all the way because no matter how good his performance he seemed to draw sniping comments ,particularly from Len. Only in the past couple of weeks has Len backed off a bit. But to mark him the same as Lisa on the night she played up-turned turtle was utterly ridiculous after praising his routine.
Well done Louis & Flavia......whatever your races are.
Agreed. But I happen to know (I've heard them) certain people vote against people of colour just because they're not white. Yes they have their fav at the start but when their fav leave the competition it doesn't matter who else is left they vote for the other one; the white one.
Happily, they themselves are a minority and the majority of the decent British public judge the contestants on ability and who they genuinely like. So that's always a factor when phone voting is involved.
