The best way of enjoying SCD

Record the whole programme. Fast forward through all the crappy bits, eg Bruce/Tess babble, the endless reshowing of previous dances, Judges comments and the majority of so called entertainers (apart from Andrea Bocelli).
On the Sunday show just watch the last 3 minutes.
Much more enjoyable just to watch the dancing.

...or only tune in for the final...and don`t read Internet forums....I missed this years series and only watched the final(a first...I`d become bored with the show)...I had no idea what to expect and tuned into last nights show with no pre-conceived expectations...and I was`t disappointed...Fab final...I thought Denise edged it on the night but I would have been happy with any of the top 3 taking the winners crown

I always always record it, even if I'm at home because I have to ff BF, sometimes Tess and the VT's if they're rubbish.

If I hadn't been able to ff, I doubt I'd have lasted the whole series.

Or...watch it live but only pay attention during the interesting bits and do forum stuff during the filler.

This is how I watch it. Also, I check the DS spoiler thread on Saturday night too. It's more exciting that way!

When Lisa was on, from behind the sofa like Dr. Who & The Daleks

You and me both OP. I managed to condense most shows down to about 20 minutes.

Watch whilst posting on DS!

I enjoy watching it with friends and family, whilst stuffing our faces and laughing at the jokes, bemoaning Tess and just generally having fun.
The thing I've noticed is bits I don't enjoy so much, others love and visa-versa and for me that's what makes Strictly perfect.

I do one of these depending on the circumstances.

This may be why I dont get all huffy about Bruce,Tess, Claudia etc.

I must be strange....I watch it Live, and enjoy it from start to finish.

Not sure I could watch any programme that I have to FF all the time, I just wouldn't watch it.

The ONLY way to enjoy the show is by spending the 99% of the show on here yakking about how much padding there is in the show (and other things).
