Android is the operating system. You should have an app on your home screen that says Play Store. The icon looks like a carrier bag with a right-facing arrowhead on it. That's where you go to get apps for your tablet.

THE carrier bag item says play store,
I hit it and sign comes up... no connection. Just wondering does anyone do a bit of typing and word processing on their tab ? I realise these tablets are used more for surfing the web, maybe a few short e mails ... or tweets ! The really neat thing about them is how fast you can get on the net... just a few seconds compared to a 5 min boot up for a desk top comp ! |

after just letting go of £200 for the tab,
I dont think I should be paying out even more money just to be able to type on the d.......d thing. this looks a bit more promising https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9pCIIu-yqYg http://quickoffice-pro-android.en.softonic.com/android |

This one is free but it's very simple, similar to Notepad in Windows I imagine:

Thanks for those 2 links
Ive been a bit frustrated with the blue tooth keyboard, think Id rather have a cable link to the keyboard, I could nt get the keyboard to work, and yet the software was saying that it was pared up and connected. In the end I shut down the tablet completely, then rebooted and retried the blue tooth ..... bingo .. got it working. |

Think I will glue something to the back to make my tablet
to make it a little more "tactile " Maybe a piece of suede ? |
