I heard new customers unlimited texts and Internet for £10 rather than £15 now. Is this correct and should I call O2 to change tariff? Last time they never changed it when they added unlimited texts.

Never heard of that but I would look into to more before you move.
Im still on the old pay and go text and web deal that they had a few years ago. where for £15 a month you get 2990 free text 500mb data and unlimited wi-fi.
My sister got a better data deal for her Ipad mini on Three for about the same price im paying on pay and go with 02 on my mobile.
Shes now thinking of maybe moving to Three once her contract with 02 is up early next year on her Iphone 3gs.

Yes there's a text and web plan there for £10. I have a new O2 sim I wonder if you have to be a new customer or can existing people get it?

The sim card i got when i bought a new phone last summer, i was using Giff Gaff at the time, but needed to take a £10 top up, i chose an o2 one as i used them before Giff Gaff, and had been thinking of moving back due to constant issues that Giff Gaff were having.
Ended up going back to o2 about a month after buying the phone, i used the o2 sim i already had, and all i did was phone them up and ask to change to the Pay &Go Go Go tariff, from the pre installed Text & Web tariff that came with the sim.

The 75 free minutes does it work like a contract to any phone?
I get 500MB free internet at the moment only with a £15 I think the deal gives only 200MB for £10.
Do you have to top up to get any allowance I take it? If say you don't top up I guess it's just the same and doesn't activate?
If you topped up £20 one month do you get more allowance? I also spotted with Pay and Go go some calls are 10p more expensive.

Do you top up every month mate? Sounds like you could do with a better Pay as you go package or even a sim only.
What do you normally use in a month? (and is that every month)

We use the £15 as almost all family and friends are on o2, and we are all old fashioned and actually call each other rather than txt
Also have a £6 internet bolt on, 500mb a month, more than enough for us, but that comes out of the remaining credit thats left from the unused £15
Oh and thats not written in stone, if you dont want top up you dont have to. But when you do put £15 credit on you get youre benefits back.
