Celebrations (the chocolates)

I like all the brands in a Celebrations box as standard size confectionary chocolate but don't enjoy them in their Celebration size. This isn't about being greedy but I don't enjoy them as much and is my least favourite box of chocolates. I just think 'meh' if I am offered/given one.

Does anyone else have this aversion to celebrations but quite happy to eat the brands in their normal or bigger sizes? I suppose it's similar to liking tomatoes but not tomato soup. Talking of Celebrations it is a disgrace that they no longer do the Galaxy Truffle.

Only for some of them. Mars and Snickers taste better in their full form for some weird reason!

The Maltesers Teasers are always the first to go, though. I wonder if there's any household that doesn't like them?

I do like the Malteser one as a variation on the original but I always struggle to open the Mars bar ones - good job I'm not keen on them.

Now I prefer a proper Malteser.

No more Truffle, dang. Noticed something different when buying two boxes a few days ago, but couldn't put my mind to it.

Galaxy Caramel is usually my first pick.

They should just do the Malteser ones.

Why did they swap Galaxy truffle for a boring twix!

I quite like them. I like variety in my chocolates, so I'd rather have a handful of Celebrations than just a Mars bar or a Twix or whatever. I loooove the Malteser ones!

My pal gave me a box of celebrations. Haven't had them in years. My favourite are the Bounty ones.
Hope to hell Bounty are bringing out an Easter egg this year as I couldn't get one last Easter and its my favourite chocolate egg.

Celebrations are my tin of sweets of choice (even though it's not technically a tin anymore..)! Another fan of the Maltesers here, but the presence of the Galaxy Truffle is sorely missed.

Malteasers always the first to go here as well, they definetly should bring them out on there own

What I've never understood with Celebrations is they're meant to be small versions of the big sweets so why is a Celebrations Malteser bigger and a different shape?

If there's one sweet they didn't need to alter it's the Malteser.

Celebrations in my opinion have gone downhill since they got rid of the galaxy truffles and replaced it with the twix.

I once went to a fair and won a coconut when I got home and broke it open and ate some of the white stuff I was amazed!

I thought wow something grown in nature that taste just like a Bounty bar.

Bounty are the 1st things that go from my box.

Why a disproportionate number of each chocolate?

Always seem to be loads of Milky Way and Mars and hardly any Maltesers or Galaxy.

Suits me, I love the Milky Way and Mars Bars best in Celebrations - send them to me if you don't want them and I'll return the Bounty which I hate!

Oh my word. They've only gone and turned the malteser ones into a bar!

Saw them in Superdrug today, a pack on offer for £1. Always were so much nicer than regular Malteasers, surprised it's taken them so long to realise.

The small Easter bunny bar was quite similar tasting too.

I also wondered about the malteser one. Why it was a different type than a regular malteser.
Maybe it was easier to wrap. Or maybe they wanted to test a new type so put it in the Celebrations instead of out on it's own.

Very nice though.
I'm not a fax of Twix but I do like them in the Celebrations.

I've just noticed a full bar version of that one has just gone on sale

Despite Celebrations being irresistably good may i recommend you try something much more satisfying? Goes by the name of Lindt
