Can I ask a stupid question?
I'm really new to this Smart Phone lark. Does 'unlimited data' mean that internet access is in with the monthly price, or do I have to pay extra to go online?
I did say it was a stupid question ![]() ![]()

Its not stupid don't worry
Yes, when it says unlimited data it means you get as much internet access as you want for the monthly cost. However there are usually fair use policies attatched. If you post the deal here Ill be able to assist you further. |

It's a Samsung Galaxy S3 on Three network Tariff -Three Ultimate 300 £18pcm Bolt on - 8 GBP Recurring Charge £8 Does that help? ps It was an offer at Tesco back in November but doesn't seem to be on any more. |

Yeh so in that package you'd pay £18pm and get 300 uk voice minutes, 5000 uk texts and unlimited internet every month. If during the month you went over the allowance of say 300 mins you'd probably have to pay something like 25p every minute extra. Because the internet is unlimited you cant go over and wont have to ever pay extra. Same goes for the texts (unless you use 5000 texts
)So yep unlimited data means all your internet access is covered and you can use it as much as you want. Btw if you can find that deal again then its awesome and you should go for it. Sorry if I came across patronising in this post. Just want to make sure ive answered your first question in full detail. |

Just remember that "unlimited" doesn't mean "unlimited", it means "Unlimited until they think you've used enough"

It's a good deal. What's the £8 bolt on for? Is that for insurance?

No you are wrong. In this case unlimited means unlimited. It is other networks who have fair use policies. Not Three.
