Freesat virgin with a problem
Hello everyone
I'm new to all this Freesat and satellite thing. I have a problem and hope one of you experts out there can help. I bought the Bush HD Freesat box from Argos yesterday and quite a few of the channels say 'no signal'. I can get CBS Reality and Action no problem but CBS Drama has no signal. Likewise, all the True channels are the same as are about another 20. If I can get CBS Reality and Action ok, shouldn't I also be able to get CBS Drama? I'm running on a communal dish and none of the other 11 residents use Freesat. Could it be that the dish is off skew? I would appreciate any feedback and thank you all in advance for any help offered. Cheers |

i would imagine, as u say, the dish must b slightly out of alignment, are any the other residents using sky, u could ask if they are receiving the channels that u cant, and if so then maybe u could have a faulty box....

Many thanks for your reply. The tech guy has just been round and fixed it. Apparantly, the 'vertical low' was non-existent. all is now well.
