Well Heat says she's slimmer. That should clinch it.
Losing weight (here's how) was yet another instance (along with makeovers, single, etc) of Nadia going through all of the little things celebs do to make money and get more press coverage.
I'm not sure she's reached the end of the list yet, and in a way it's educational: reminding us of what all the possibilities are. I'd forgetten about the exercise video move, though I shouldn't have, since it's one of the post popular. (Has Carol Vorderman done one yet?)

Can't help thinking she's made a terrible mistake bringing the single out first. It became all too clear on the promotional appearances for it that Nadia is as stiff as a board through the lower back and hips, and is therefore a very poor dancer. The prospect of an hour of watching her stumbling through a "sexy Latino-style" routine, trying no doubt to compensate for her wooden dancing by increasingly lewd facial expressions fills me with a combination of horror and disgust. 
All this heavily accented "Darling Darling" business that Nadia thinks is so effective for her persona...it reminds me suddenly of "Bubbles" Devere of Little Britain fame....Obviously the similarity ends there.....Bubbles being **The next bit is a joke....it's intention is to be humouaous and not to cause any offense and I hasten to add it not representative of my own beliefs on this subject** a man in a fat ladies body.

I agree with your post. Your observation of the diva's lack of flexibility in the hip area is both astute and accurate. In her defence, I have known a few women suffering from the same affliction, but they are not trying to sell a sexy latino dance video workout DVD.
She just does not have the Something About Mariam's transsexual star's feminine figure or looks. Her basic arrogance comes to the fore in insisting on a singing career when she cannot sing a note, and now she insists on releasing a dance video workout when she probably cannot dance or lead a healthy lifestyle with her chain-smoking.
Perhaps her female fans would concentrate on the guys dancing with her and the men would close their eyes and dance to the music.

Popped into Woolworths today and looked at the DVDs/videos
Nadia is No4 in the charts but shes up against Davina at No1 ..... I think most of these workout things sell on the assumption of who YOU the punter would prefer to look like and to be honest Davinas ABs look a lot more toned

THIS workout looks promising, starting with the rhythm and spank warm-up - I do not lie.
And then you remember it stars Big Brother winner Nadia.
You can't take this seriously as a fitness DVD - even if you ignore Nadia's dreadful dancing ("fitting" would be a more appropriate word), it's impossible not to laugh.
The warning at the start of the disc recommends doing the exercises in flat shoes - so up totters Nadia in a giant pair of killer heels.
Only when she's stopped slavering over the "dance hunks" doing the routines with her does the workout actually get under way.
One of them worked on Strictly Ballroom.
Now the word "ballroom" in the same sentence as sex-swap op Nadia isn't something you really want to dwell on at the best of times - nevermind when you've still got giblets of your own to deal with over the festive period.
Don't buy this DVD if you want a proper workout - put on a party record and bop away instead. It's exactly the same.
Do buy it if you want a proper laugh.

The British Medical Authority should have a say in these kinds of quack exercise videos that lead people astray with regards to their health.
I will wait until next week to apprise you on the total sales figures before the give-away sales (£.50 - £1.99) starts for this exercise in greed and fan rip-off.

Clearly, from the above, another sales disaster for diva Nadia. The idea of a confirmed and chronic ncotine addict transforming the nation's attitude to healthy living through exercise with her Latino dance workout has been shown to be laughable once again.
The consortium behind the pretend diva, who were once dreaming of pocketloads of pounds have been told to ditch this failed project, as the GBP are not buying her crap any longer.
Nadia Almada. Can't sing. Can't dance.
Failed, crappy single. Failed crappy "exercise" DVD. What next?
I have actually bought the Nadia DVD and the Davina one and the Abi Titmuss one.
By far the worst is Abi Titmuss. If that is teasing then I could teach her a thing or two. It looks like someones mum from the 50's thought that the dancing was cheeky and that is about it. My son fancies her like mad and it has actually put him off her. Also, there is absolutely no workout in it. You could manage this video if you were 80.
Nadia's is a bit mild, but jazzy. Her choreographer actually takes the class and she does it in the background with high heels on. If you get bored with normal exercise vids. then it is a change. Sometimes having a jokey class that is not too strenuous is what you need.
Davinas is punishing, punishing, punsishing. If you want to walk without wincing or lift your arms above your head in the following week after doing this vid. then don't do it. No doubt that this works but will have to build myself up to it.
