It’s the 24th of April on The One Show and the guest was Sir Bruce Forsyth who was on after the announcement about him leaving Strictly. He was there to talk about his one man show and a documentary he’d made (and was as tricky to shut up as ever but good fun )

Not the best tos tonight, tom wasn't a very lively guest, bet matt was glad to get outside and play with the dogs. He got his dog to go round the agility course quite easily.

No Mitch and Matt in the commentary box. Think Mitch is busy on the floor as a Dutch head coach.
Just seen on the East Midlands News Becky’s little sister Elissa Downie won on the uneven bar at junior level. Well done to her. I guess Matt and Beth will talk about it. Louis wasn’t in the selection of 5 men though.


Also, Yesterday Channel on Sunday, there will be 2 CF episodes from 1 to 3pm – Matt returns to school in Easington, Co Durham (busy with the update of BBC project Domesday Reloaded on the old PC) plus Matt rides the 2012 Olympic cycling route with Chris Boardman at Box Hill.

Sunday evening CF doesn’t look very exciting for me; maybe a clip of Matt splits into 2 but I am really looking to forward to see the Euro gymnastics championships on BBC2.

It's been a nice hot sunny day down south, matt should be able to leave the coat, jackets and jumpers at home today



2 good cfs on yesterday channel to look forward to and the 1 in the evening, plus the 2 afternoons of gymnastic we are going to OD on mattyness, will record it all just in case I don't get to watch it all.

Cheers KK. I’d pick up the pics that I’d like or won’t mind depending on his choice of outfits in order to co-ordinate with Alex. (Al said in an interview that at first her stylist chose outfits for them but later she chooses what she wants to wear and Matt would find something to co-ordinate with her.) No wonder every time she was in those pinky-red girly dresses we saw him wearing similar colour either shirt or trousers. Hope he won’t want do Al himself. He seemed he enjoyed the Northern Soul dancing. Well he would do whatever the dance is. When he did handstand and wiggly worm Al went like 'Oh, Matthew!'

Matt was really encouraging and a great support to Alex during her climb. I'd say Al would know her work colleagues better than us. And I saw Matt was very supportive to Helen too when he narrated her BP polar challenge documentary which I accidentally deleted. Also he supported to Zoe and Beth on DOI, Alex and Aliona on strictly and backed Louis on strictly too. That's v sweet of Matt.

PS. Gymnastics women's team final is on the red button...introduced by Christine and initiated conversations with Beth and then Craig. I guess Matt would be watching and filming here today to present the highlights tomorrow afternoon.

Today’s WAG Team Final Result – spoiler warning!

Poor Christine did an extra job - filling Matt and a bit of Mitch’s jobs. Beth and Craig were good companions but I really missed M & M’s not just their commentary but their impeccable humours and banters. Tomorrow highlights would be great. Wonder Matt did the handstand behind the scenes.

What a great day for team GP junior and senior…fantastic results! They all have done very well! Pleased for the girls especially for Becky winning gold on the apparatus she had a fall last year. As predicted, his clip was split into 2. Anyone want to be fed by a natural crane daddy, Mr B? You got to be a crane chic then. He did a fab job doing a crane daddy. Cheeky Matt he took the camera from the CF cameraman and filmed the crew in the crane daddy outfits.

On to the 29th of April on The One Show with guest Matt Le Blanc - on to promote series 3 of Episodes. It turns out Matt Le Blanc has a farm/ranch of his own (raising rodeo steers) and so they had a game called “Farm or Friends” where they spun a wheel to see what topic they’d asked questions on - our Matt won as there were more Farm than Friends questions

Matt was wearing a black waistcoat, a shirt with a small paisley pattern, and jeans

A fabulous tos tonight, julie and ian were great guest, lots of good chatting between themselves and good chat with matt and alex, think the plan for the show went completely out the window very quickly. Matt looked good, the shirt gave us some very good wow's

I am enjoying the OS a bit more and less and less CF now. Loved April Fools jokes and cycling VT. Hope bruises on his upper leg mended now. Shamed he could not demonstrate his fabulous iconic backflips to Richard. Missed opportunity!

Matt’s looking fabulous... This story Matt covering is the only reason I am looking forward to watch CF live tomorrow. Otherwise, I’d catch his clips on iplayer instead as I have started losing my interests.

Shaky start from GB men on today's team final; I was watching through my fingers! Bad news, they couldn't defend their Euro title; good news though, they managed to won silver and the best news was men’s junior team won gold. Epke had a cut on his right hand. Poor fella, he did great for his team. I’d love to hear Matt interviewing Mitch when Epke’s up on p-bar and h-bar.
