Impersonation of Cilla with the fake comedy teeth was sooooo funny but I was impressed by the voice Matt did, very close to that of Cilla. How could he do that?Actually he's really good at that apart from his impersonation of Price Charles.

Which CF episode have you missed? Or have I misinterpreted something? I thought Matt had been missing on a couple of CF episodes since CF Summer Special. He was on a clip show – Kids Countryside; other than this, there was no new CF episode featuring Matt until this one – Stourbridge. I might be wrong though.

I do like him wearing this polo jumper. I think it is the one he wore on CF Olympics 2012 Special (archery) and on CF Magazine cover with the lovey Annie. He looks really great in it especially he’s in great form – flat tummy helps showing off his strength of upper body.

Btw, speaking of Annie and Matt on CF cover, I would really love to see photo of Matt, Annie and her 8 black Labrador puppies on CF magazine cover. I'd imagine Matt cuddling the cute puppies. I think it would be great if Matt shares his experience of helping Annie delivering her pups in his CF article with some lovely photos of them. We have seem him helping Meg delivering her 5 cute collies pups so I would like to see Matt helping Annie too. Wishful thinking......

I am not a subscriber but I'd definitely buy and add it to my CF mag collection if it does happen.

Emma - all I meant was that I try and picspam in date order and I missed doing the Countryfile one from the 7th of September because I'd filed it wrong. So I did the next week of The One Show and then had to go back and do the Countryfile picspam.

Bet Matt cut his finger playing conkers on tonight's Countryfile. Probably took a whack to the knuckles

Looked like they forgot to do risk assessment beforehand and to ensure H & S to be placed.

On to the 17th of September on The One Show and the guest was Sir Cameron Mackintosh. This was the episode that featured Matt’s audition for Barnum (

) - carrying on an interview whilst in a handstand! It was actually a nice reminder of Matt’s earlier career for those who only know him as a presenter - gymnast, acrobat - and that’s before we get into dancer, acting and singing training. Fundamentally he’s a showman who happens to be a TV presenter

Matt was wearing a grey shirt and jeans (but not a Phantom of the Opera mask as that fell off

I didn't count Northern Soul group dance as a proper dance routine that he has to learn and performed at a memorable special event. Hee...hee but of course he did not just doing handstand and wiggly warm during Northern Soul dance; his hands on his waist and his leg up dancing along while (Brotherhood of Men?) singing 'Save all your kisses for me'. He even sang along. He couldn't resist!

Evening all

A good show with guy and nick, guy is a good laugh but I do really have to listen to him he does have a strong accent, very funny chat about spanners, poor alex didn't have a clue

Matt looked good in his jacket, looks like he's had the razor out, he was very impressed with the pizza making, sure he would have like them even better cooked

Btw, I remember Nick Hewer and an ex-contestant of apprentice did the second leg of BBC CiN Around the World in 80 Days in 2009. The rating was down when their episode was aired but when Matt and Julia’s episode - the third leg was aried, the ratings gone up.

It's not Countryfile Magazine he's filming for - it's Countryfile (they just don't have a separate Facebook page to link to).

Matt and Ellie are/were filming in France for a World War special of Countryfile. With it being 100 years since the outbreak of WWI and 70 years since D-Day it looks like there will be a special episode airing on Remembrance Sunday (9th November). At the moment the TV guides are also indicating it may be 75 minutes long

Not necessarily to link to CF Mag FB page cos' there is no link to Matt either. Using #Matt Baker #Countryfile would have done simply without misleading the readers.

CF sounds interesting. Anyway, whatever he's up to hope he's well, wrapped himself up warm while filming. Don't want him having cold. He got to be fit and well to lead and mentor the new team rickshaw just over a week.

Don’t know it is just me or not but the unexpected errors occurred when I viewed 205717, 210254, 210310, 210330, 210541 and 210518. The rest were fine.

I got the impression that Matt does love the Barnum, purely judging from his and Aliona’s creation of Charleston. I have seen a couple of Charleston routines on SCD and found some can be considered as really good classic routines but as far as chorography concerned, theirs was a classic Charleston with magical blend of circus and musical theatre and 42nd Street was great song choice. Even somebody does follow suit, Mattiona were the trend-setters. I love the reactions of Matt and Alex when Cameron asked him. They went ‘well……………’. It was quite funny and ever funnier when Matt added (with cheeky grin), ‘I would, can’t say that now!’ I’ve never seen him singing in pantomimes and on the stage. Forget about Chitty, not even seen a sight of him portraying as Prince Charming in Cinderella and as Aladdin in Disney’s Aladdin in Christmas pantomimes for BP apart from seeing the ad available on his site. I blame him for keeping his talents secret cos’ he never showed anything like this! On other notes, Phantom of the Opera mask made me thought of K&A’s paso which I really liked.

The best/favourite look I’ve seen recently on the OS. Hair, make-up (w/o the tans) and the outfits, all came together perfectly well. I am very picky so could hardly get thud but this is definitely the thuddiest look for me! Matt and Alex’s East Ender style argument intro was only funny when they tried hard not to giggle and failed to do after Matt saying, ‘I always do the hellos.’ Bonkers babes!

It was really funny. Due to his love of CF and admiration of JC as his senor, the OS team seemed enjoyed teasing Matt whenever they got the opportunity. Remember Al described JC as Matt’s TV dad. I bet though he always definitely to be Baker cos he does love the Baletettes.

He would love to read their fabulous editions of Thud Annual that he can’t buy with money.

No one get this chance only the Baker does !

It’s the 23rd of September on The One Show and the guest was Gordon Ramsay who played along really well with them taking the mickey out of him being very breakable

We also had giant onion rings being fried and consumed - Matt was very enthusiastic about there being gin in the batter mix!

Matt was mostly in his lovely burgundy Ted Baker polo jumper and grey trousers. But there was a little pre-recorded bit at the beginning featuring a lovely waistcoat
