Matt on target on tonight’s Countryfile at Norfolk

We do need to see the clip of biathlete Matt’s cross-country skiing and shooting on Countryfile filmed in January 2010.
I have heard about Beth’s neck injury during the jump training in Austria and she started taking first unaided step after the surgery. It was said the time scale to back to normal is yet unknown. Wish her to gain a full and speedy recovery, bouncing around and swinging on 4 pieces of apparatus, and joining Matt at the Euro and World Gymnastics Championships and Rio 2016 to give her analysis. I think Matt would be wishing her speed recovery as well.
This photo of Matt on Instagram appears to be from last Friday's Countryfile filming

I saw JC’s photo but the poster said he cannot say much about it cos it is a secret but not for CF. Maybe filmed for a new SB so I am not gonna spoil here.
My favourite screencaps of Matt on last week Countyfile at Tyne & Wear
Matt: There is a raw beauty to this place. (Me: I know, Matt!

Matt: Do you see any beauties here? (Me: Yes, I do.

Hope Mr Baker can share special quality time with Mrs Baker on Valentine’s Day today as it is Sunday as well.

He kept informed us what’s he got for his birthday or Christmas. Bless him! Next time would he get a giant chipper?

He does love power tools and machines.

I, on the other hand, don’t know anything about the power tools.
Last week I bought a cordless hedge trimmer and I found out it is so heavy I can’t even left it up properly, not talking about moving the tool around.

I ended up swapping with cordless shape & edge shear which are way lighter.
I have to admire Ed. Well done to him. The weather is not ideal to climb the rock but he did it.
