But if not, they should be grateful to those who did the job on their behalves and put the food on their plates. Without them how can they get their meals ready on their dining tables? Just a common sense.

I have been enjoyed watching World Figure Skating Championships 2016 in the absence of Matt.

Managed to watch livestream on last night & this morning on BBC red button. Lovely routine from Penny and Nicolas, they finished at top 7.

At the end of the highlights this afternoon they said a lot to look forward to including Gymnastics National Championships Live from Liverpool on next Sunday at 2.50 pm on BBC Two. So happy cos it won’t be a Matt-less Sunday!

Wonder who can join Matt on that day. Will he talk through himself as he joked? Watching all British boys and girls competing against each other would be really interesting as it is one step closer to perform at Rio 2016. Best of luck to all of them!

This should be promoting on the One Show with team GB or Mitch & Christine cos not everyone will know it is going to be a live broadcasting. And in the case of Al's absence, they should consider Matt's best mate Simon Thomas as a co-host.

It was a good cf all about cows, great pics of matt on the farm with Jack.

I didn't bother to read the moaning about cf as I'd get fed up with shock, horror of a piece meat being cut up. but even if peeps don't eat meat and are veggies they know where meat comes from, it's not like they showed a whole animal, having said that I could never work in a abattoir

It was so lovely to have Matt back on the sofa. I was so tired yesterday but wanted to watch the return of Mr Baker on the sofa so managed to watch it. Couldn’t wait for Dan’s Viking uncovered program tho.

I missed first a few minutes so missed the microchipping law VT. Had to catch up on iplayer. Poor Al, little puppy she handled was a bit playful. Well done to the OS team, they managed to calm the doggies and puppies. They behaved considerably well on the live show. Lovely dalmatian Angelica got handled by Matt. Lucky doggie!

It's was a good tos with Paul and Ian, a bit of a odd combo they were good laugh together, it was funny at the start with them teasing Paul about him supposedly saying he was banned and Alex saying that there are 2 peeps that should be, no guesses as to the name of one of them

Will be watching Paul's Animal Orphans I really enjoyed the last series. Matt was looking good nice blue shirt

Onto the 3rd of March on The One Show with guest Nia Vardalos who was there to promote the sequel to “My Big Fat Greek Wedding”

Has anyone of us watched NTA thingy? I recorded it and attempted to catch up but failed for the 7th time as I slept through the program in 15 mins. I think when I recorded it I missed first a few minutes before the first commercial break yet the program was being recorded over 2 hours! It really tested my level of patient as I never ever interested in it.
Now in my 8th attempt, I successfully stayed await to catch up a glimpse of Matt and Al cos just wondered how they managed to get there right after the OS aired live. I couldn’t believe my eyes they got there somehow and here they are.

I saw Phillip’s last comments were very immature and unprofessional or if it was not the words of his own came from his heart/head, then was scripted! Fair enough their winning but why couldn’t take the trophy gracefully? I just don’t get it… Just saying tho… I didn’t bother to watch the rest so turned it off. Got to delete it anyway.

Screencaps of Matt in his Christmas socks. It looks like sheep in Santa hats. (I think it was made in Ch1n@ cos I can read some of Ch1nese – the last two mean ‘happy’ so it might be Happy Christmas written on it.) I remember Matt was wearing sheepdog socks when he and Aliona did the Mirror photoshoot.
Al asked him to show his socks saying he didn’t expect that he got to do sit-up exercise on the live show. Bless them!

I can do sit-up but I needed a warm up myself before I did. Not perfect like Matt did tho. I had to take one step when I stood up. Cindy Lauper was a bit funny on that night. I like the OS invited ACM choirs to sing her classic songs at the end of the show to honour her. They sung beautifully.

Last night I had a weird dream. In my dream I was sleeping at work and my colleague reported this to my boss. He woke me up and said it was Monday so I had to work.

I was confused how comes it was Monday even I haven’t seen Matt presenting Gymnastics National Championships comes live from Blackpool on Sunday. It's like fast forwarding the dates. I was quite upset about it and thinking why I was sleeping the whole weekend and forgot about it. So weird!

No more dream tonight, I hope.

It was lovely way to spend Sunday afternoon watching Gymnastics National Championships live from Liverpool Arena.

I am so pleased that the British gymnastics has been recognised as a prestige sport. Matt the natural charmer Baker is always very enthusiastic talking about gymnastics.

No doubt about that. His pronunciation Liverpool was v cute! Looking very lovely. Nice to see Beth making her appearance; chatting to Matt. Shamed Daniel Keating didn’t qualified yesterday but good news is he can join Matt. Mitch seemed not available to commentate so we had Craig. Louis looks he is in a good form. And we got new kids on the block.

Now in my 8th attempt, I successfully stayed await to catch up a glimpse of Matt and Al cos just wondered how they managed to get there right after the OS aired live. I couldn’t believe my eyes they got there somehow and here they are.

I saw Phillip’s last comments were very immature and unprofessional or if it was not the words of his own came from his heart/head, then was scripted! Fair enough their winning but why couldn’t take the trophy gracefully? I just don’t get it… Just saying tho… I didn’t bother to watch the rest so turned it off. Got to delete it anyway.

Screencaps of Matt in his Christmas socks. It looks like sheep in Santa hats. (I think it was made in Ch1n@ cos I can read some of Ch1nese – the last two mean ‘happy’ so it might be Happy Christmas written on it.) I remember Matt was wearing sheepdog socks when he and Aliona did the Mirror photoshoot.
Al asked him to show his socks saying he didn’t expect that he got to do sit-up exercise on the live show. Bless them!

I can do sit-up but I needed a warm up myself before I did. Not perfect like Matt did tho. I had to take one step when I stood up. Cindy Lauper was a bit funny on that night. I like the OS invited ACM choirs to sing her classic songs at the end of the show to honour her. They sung beautifully.

Last night I had a weird dream. In my dream I was sleeping at work and my colleague reported this to my boss. He woke me up and said it was Monday so I had to work. I was confused how comes it was Monday even I haven’t seen Matt presenting Gymnastics National Championships comes live from Blackpool on Sunday. It's like fast forwarding the dates. I was quite upset about it and thinking why I was sleeping the whole weekend and forgot about it. So weird! No more dream tonight, I hope.”

I tried to watch the NTA on ITV version of the iplayer what a load of rubbish that was, I kept on buffering and freezing so I gave up and didn't see much of it so didn't see Phillip's comment. I haven't seen this morning for ages the last time I saw it, it rubbish anyway. We know that the one show is miles better than this morning

Yeah. it was more like a nightmare than a dream. I was really quite upset about it. Then I woke up and realised that it was still Saturday.
I can upload their bits on NTA before I delete the whole thing. It was very brief appearance of M & A. I don’t watch this morning for ages and ages ago either. I don’t have much spare time to watch telly other than the primetime programs anyway. Actually it is itv orientated awards voted by the regular online voters, is it?
The OS is new kid on the block, just turned to 10 years but I have learnt so much from a 30 minutes live chat show. Not to mention their variety of entertainments.

I was wearing Christmas socks too when I watched Matt in his Christmas socks.

Mine was from M8S snowflakes on it, Christmas gift from my friend. But I don’t have Christmas socks to wear at work.

Hahaha...I saw that. Poor Al! She tried to touch the snake’s skin though. I am scared of the snakes. Can’t blame Al. Ben and Neel were engaging guests. Jungle Book was one of my favourite classic stories. Naughty Matt was teasing Al at the end of the show to bring the snake again. I like the Jungle Book Theme and got to love a bit of cute animated Matt and Al.

Yeah, I like Nicola’s dress too. It is lovely and nice colour. She looks classy and beautiful and I noticed she got the legs to die for.

We all knew that Matt has been talking about Countryfile Live for a couple of years now. Every time people asked him between the One Show and Countryfile, what he enjoys most, his answer was he likes the live buzz of the One Show and loves Countyfile so asking back to those asked him what about Countryfile live. Now it is going to happen eventually and will take place from 4 to 7 August this year. If I remember correctly Gymnastics qualifications sub-divisions will take place on 6 August at Rio. I really, really hope both Matt and also Ellie will be there at least on the first day. I don’t know how Mr Baker work schedule would be at this time of year but I want to see Matt covering both CF live and Gymnastics at Rio.
