Lovely photos of Matt on the BAFTA night from Zimbo, can’t remember whether I have posted here already. Sorry if it is double posting but photos are fab and Matt’s v dashingly so all worth it.

Well, fortunately I didn’t watch the England’s exist from Euro2016 but managed to watch Wales v Belgium match last night. It was a great match, Wales played well as a team. Well done to them!
We have now have Wimbledon to watch whoever would win the title in the final and Rio 2016 is fast approaching.

Yes, it is always lovely to see Matt back on my telly. I was quite surprised to see SNW. Did you notice Matt’s sofa booging at the beginning of the One Show? He just couldn’t resist. His signature cheeky face, mouth and the moves I used to see him in strictly training VTs. I wouldn’t be impressed if he danced like that on series 8.

The Wales match was brilliant. they did so well. very exciting, Everything crossed for the semi final, would be amazing if they got to the final

and now Novak now out the tennis, fingers crossed for Andy.

Matt does make me smile when he does his sofa boogie

Back in a jumper thurs, nice and snug across the shoulders and the stubble was still there

I can’t believe it. Very sad day for Matt & many of us and the British and Dutch gymnastics

No wonder why we didn’t see Mitch joining Matt and Christine in Euro Championships 2016.
A great man and a legend of gymnastics, he will be missed.

It was late afternoon when the sad news was up on BBC Sport website so it was a very short notice. I thought Matt might not have a chance to give. Lovely that Matt saying Mitch was real inspiration for him and made huge impact on his aspiration and will be greatly missed. I hate cancer too.

I think there will be a special tribute during the Olympics.

I will miss Mitch’s not just his knowledge and expert commentary but his random radio reporting. One of my favourite classic moments was on London 2012 at the Men’s team final. He was laughing and saying that the little noise ran in the microphone was a big cuddle. Giggly Matt said ‘yes’. Mitch continued, ‘Sorry. You must forgive us. We are cuddling each other here.’ His radio reporting on that night included ‘Matt was out somewhere clapping'; 'Matt is doing handstand now, he is living in his youth', which made Christine giggled. During Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, Matt was predicting Wales Women’s team a medal but Christine was not sure cos she dare not dreamed. He joked ‘Mr Optimistic’ to Matt’. ‘Ms Pessimistic’ to Christine and he was in the middle ‘Mr Right’. Later he said ‘You are right Matt’. I loved his 'sit down Matt’.

Rio 2016 is fast approaching and team GB gymnastics squad has been announced. Delighted for those in GB squad representing in Rio and good luck to them! Feel sorry for Dan Purvis tho. He has been a valuable team member in the men team finals. He should be proud of himself.

A good cf about Beatrix potter, the lady showing matt around the places she painted was well and truly thudded. the little girl naming all her worms, so sweet.

Matt was so excited and very enthusiastic about the gymnastics in Rio 2016, understandably.

In the words of Mitch ‘Mr Optimistic’ sees the gold. I am soooo looking forward to it but will really miss Mitch too. Matt used to introduce the live events by saying ‘sitting alongside with me in the commentary box is as always Mitch Fenner and Christine Still’. He has been working alongside with them for more than a decade now. Excitement aside wonder what Matt would say about Mitch.
I have a couple of annual leave booked in August though I cannot get a week block but would be nice to have long weekends. Hope I can watch some live events them.

It was interesting to see the real locations Beatrix Potter illustrated in her children’s books – the landscape, the tree, the farmhouse all fascinating to see.

Wow.matt had bright striped shirt on, with some nice unbuttonage. He was getting very hot half way through the show and started glowing.

A bit of a odd one last night with Zola and Mary, Zola seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but there.
Matt looked fab nice rolled up sleeves, unbuttonage and stubble. He's getting very excited about Rio and the gymnastic, very happy to hear that it's going to be on early evening will be able to watch some live.
