Yes, agree with everyone that last night's OS was again a great and random programme - where else would an 'adhesives expert' get a primetime slot James was an interesting and charming guest. Oh well, back to shouty presenter bod tonight - I won't be watching

Morning all. Last night's rating was The One Show - 4,253,083 (19.0%) - so 4.25m. Rating is OK but share a bit lower than normal, but there was an hour long Emmerdale that started at 6:45pm so that probably stole some viewers away...

Hello all – I’ve flipped through KK’s picspams the OS picspams between December 2012 and January 2013 to take a look back to Matt’s fashion sense, just curious. It took me a while to complete viewing KK’s picspams to date. And he appeared as a fan of variety demonstrating how a man can look great and be charming as well as be attractive naturally not even striking a shirtless pose but whatever the outfits he put on.

Despite some of his outfits are v unflattering for my liking, the fact is that he even does look good in a pinny or so-called ridiculous outfits like 18th Century trainee smuggler outfits.

Afternoon all. Snowing here - very grey and bitterly cold. Would imagine the bobble hat will make a n appearance again and the attire will be multi layered. Lovely piccies to keep us all warm in this cold snap. Roll on Sunday Oopps just remebered OH's birthday so will have to record that's if we dont get snowed in

I don't know how I managed to miss this post Emma but I did! Anyway, thank you for posting these pics. Matt looks as though his personality hasn't changed much since he was a baby, already chuckling and giggling It was a lovely ending to the show - and I liked the beginning in the taxi too. Agree about the profile pics. Alex is not too bad in them but Matt's are awful. There are so many fantastic pics of him out there too.

Yes, the hour-long Emmerdale could indeed have made a difference, though I think I've given up on what alters The One Show ratings, other than the obvious dips and rises. I guess the show is just, as Matt himself said, something for people to dip in and out of for most people, rather than the highlight of the day as it is for me

I know it's only very rarely that I post here, but just wanted to say a big thank you to Emma for the lovely selection of pictures which I intend to study more closely at leisure

Morning....free for 5 minutes so have snuck on here for a quick peek at the KK goodies that Emma has posted....I think we can safely agree that Matt can rock any garments known to man

And the person inside said garments is extremely adorable.....quite quite lovely! Just got a bit muddled up with posting couple of pics so I'll try in a minute!

Have survived the sleepover (just) and having a bit of me-time before starting a few sewing jobs - and I'll probably watch some rugby this afternoon, don't fancy going out..... Brrrrr

Emma, what a good idea to put all of Matt's outfits together for comparison like this. Needless to say, I like the waistcoats best, particularly the one with the creamy-coloured shirt, but honestly, one of my favourite things about Matt is the fact that you never know what to expect. Keeps us guessing

I love the fact that Matt wears such different clothes. Hes quite a fashionista these days and I think he enjoys dressing up.

Great photos KK On watching this show I knew there would be some good pics. I do like that cardigan. It fits so well. Not many blokes can pull off (!) a cardi Half term ends today. I didn't manage to see the daytime One Show at any point during the week. I'm quite sad about that as I wont get another chance until Easter Holiday which is 4 whole weeks away. We just don't seem to get enough time off these days
I am looking forward to the climbing/ abseiling whatever its going to be. Seems a bit samey though. Hes done it within the last year. Perhaps CF need to think of something new he can do...country dancing, lambing, home visits will do nicely for me.
In Winchester we are having trouble with English heritage wanting to clear the land of all trees and return it to grazing. Perhaps Matt could do a piece on the destruction of habitat. I noticed lots of birds along the pathway just flying around aimlessly. All of the nesting trees have been cut down and they will have to search further for suitable sites.
Also weve had a lovely new cycle way built from the P&R into Winch along the old railway line. Its stunning and would follow on nicely from his last piece along the Twyford footpath where he planted reeds.
Anyway...I think Id better go out otherwise I'll be on this settee until 11pm!

Evening all

Another cold grey day with a chiily wind.

A lovely cf, a good amount of matt time, matt didn't need his waterproofs and bobble hat only a few layers of jacket this week.
He looked great in his red jacket, got a few puns in at the start
Great views of matt chatting with the goat lads on the cliff side, he had fun dangling in his harness down the gorge chopping at the undergrowth.
Matt and juila didn't get into the lake at the end for some swimming, they stayed firmly wrapped up while some mad people went swimming instead
