Nautical Matt
I always like programmes where he's messing about in boats (or ships!)this one is really sweet http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...19at150556.png And this is a lovely close-up (as well as following pic) http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...19at151456.png ![]() Quote:
Think I might pop over to Points of View and tell them. For those few who think CountryFile should be all about farming, that features should not be broken up, and the programme should not have Blue Peter presenters doing silly stunts. They cannot expect the BBC to abandon a clear winner just to please a couple of disgruntled viewers who liked the old Sunday morning format best.
No, you're right, I shouldn't bother. Let them simmer away if it makes them happy. Probably need something to raise their blood pressure anyway ![]() Countryfile is about the countryside and everything that happens within it - that's outdoor pursuits and all. It's not like it was just about farming on Sunday mornings either... We've all seen clips on Countrytracks from those days and you used to get Miriam surfing (badly ) and Ben Fogle being an action hero (equally badly ). Some people have rose-tinted glasses and seem to be remembering a show that never existed...

Hello
I really enjoyed watching CF last night…Matt looked good in team GB white t-short and black short. Thank goodness it was lovely-dry-sunny day so he could expose his arms and legs. He needed to work a bit header on that machine (as he called it a pain maker) to keep rowing in rhythm with the lads And I have learnt from Pete that such boats are made for speed not for stability, no wonder Matt felt the boat was a bit wobbly. If I didn’t get the chance to see the video form Henley that KK posted the link, I would have thought the last segment was a bit too rush as everything was squeezed in one segment. I’d have got the impression of Matt didn’t do that bits much otherwise. Julia’s a lucky-girl, she;s clearly fond of her little bro. Next week CF seems to promote more young-farmers! Ex-el presidente appears to have kept doing what he has been doing,![]() Tonight the OS was ok. I don’t like -shirt that much but he looked lovely. |

I remember last time he was on was just after the Jubilee fiasco and he did his best to make Matt feel better about the whole thing.

Onto the 15th of April on The One Show and Matt & Alex were reunited after their respective holidays. They were outside to chat with their guest Michael Buble and had dressed up for the occasion (Matt & Michael were matching
). We even had singing from Matt.I like the studio pics best here. This is nice http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...20at211857.png He has a rather resigned look here http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...20at212117.png And this one is lovely http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...20at212457.png Thank you kk

![]() Lovely pics KK - thank you. This is tremendous... http://m1098.photobucket.com/albumvi...11725.png.html Talk about the Rat Pack or, in this case, the Matt Pack I'd love to see our man in a show - we know he's got a great voice and he'd give it heaps of welly! And this a marvellous pic...... http://m1098.photobucket.com/albumvi...13328.png.html We all love the weskit and the mean and moody Matt ![]() Will miss some of the OS tonight - thank goodness for Catch-up TV and IPlayer!! Hoping everyone has a great afternoon....... PS And a great ratings figure, Matt's masters at the Beeb must be very very happy |

It's the 16th of April on The One Show and the guests are Craig Revel Horwood and Lisa Riley talking about their Strictly show. And there were some costumes in the studio including a familiar looking shirt (if it wasn't Matt's samba shirt then someone else is wearing a good copy!)
Matt was wearing a pale blue shirt, waistcoat, and jeans Have picked a pic to match each mood he went through ![]() http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...21at212314.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...21at212540.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...21at212626.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...21at212748.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...21at212901.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...21at213311.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...21at213328.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...21at215134.png And this one - just for the arms ![]() http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...21at213736.png Thank you very much indeed kk for choosing such lovely poses. |

Good OS tonight with Pal*ma F. She's a bit eccentric but seemed to have a great sense of humour
Some funny chat about Matt's clothes (pants? ) and he attempted to perform a less-than-impressive impression of T Cooper A varied show as usual ending with a Tudor Band playing a P Faith hit, how eclectic can the OS get! ![]() Managed to catch a bit of yesterday's OS but not all There are only so many hours in a day....Matt's hair is looking very wonderful at the moment so hope his barber's closed over the bank holiday. He's been looking marvellous all week - loving the dark colours of his clothes, personally I think he looks fab in them! Anyway, wishing everyone a happy long weekend with sunny spells (that'll be 7 o'clock on Sunday night then )Bit early to CCM but big decisions to make about what to pack for unknown weather conditions! So goodnight, sleep tight. xx |

Who started the evening by calling him "Matthew" which is always a sign she's up for causing trouble ![]() I'm hoping the weather is at least dry over the weekend! I'm in London for a concert so don't want it to rain... |

Evening all.
![]() A wet day here raining most of the day, back to matt being wrapped up if the weather has been as bad where he's been filming. A bit of a odd tos with a greman theme to celebrate the football euro champion league final, it was made better for no chris ![]() Star & co have a great time up the mountain fingers crossed the weather stays dry.
