I could begin to like cardis I think (and even pink shirts!) if they were all like this one. Lovely fit - don't his chest and shoulders look broad and strong. For a while I thought I was going to have to select all of these pics - they're all so good - but in the end I managed to eliminate a few, although eliminate is the wrong word I think. I wouldn't want to do that to any of them.

Hello – Lovely-Matt in pink last night, the shirt was nicely-tailored so he looked fab. Hope he had a great night at the CIPR Excellent Awards and was well suited of course. Quite warm yesterday but he’s always needs some warm clothes so should be ok for him.

A good show with danny. he is a lovely lad, had a laugh with him jumping on the sofa

Matt was looking fab. lovely dark blue shirt, good unbuttonage and stubble, the camera person was being nice to us tonight and we had some good close ups he was a happy bunny.

I was never expecting to see Matt in a hot tub myself. When they do a dressed up sketch as a trailer they never follow through - tantalizing.

I like this look. Beige and grey don't usually go that well together but on Matt it seems to work. Plus there's lots of stubble, nice hair, the occasional WOW. What more could a girl ask for

I found the stories behind the extreme orthopaedic surgery and the lighting interesting. Good to see them recovering well from their ordeals. Not just as physical recovery; mentally and emotionally must have been very tough. Alex asked Matt how was his audition yesterday so it made me curious. She probably was teasing him but I really like to know where it came from. I mean there must be a good reason to tease him. Maybe she referred to his singing all day long yesterday

Hi Emma. Yes, I'm still watching the tennis, in spite of Roger being out I'm guessing you're not really a tennis fan, right? The mens semi-finals at RG will be played tomorrow. So we don't know yet who will be in the final but it won't be Jankovic, as he hasn't reached the semis. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's matches, especially the match between Djokovic and Nadal. Should be a good one. Don't really follow the womens matches any more but I imagine Sharapova will have made the final.

Wasn't last night's One Show an absolute gem. Matt was so adorable, I don't know what he was on but I've never seen him so bouncy, excitable and tiggerish. Great new shirt too. He seemed full of confidence. Not that he doesn't always, but last night he seemed especially so. He outshone everyone, didn't he

I hadn't noticed the bobbliness of this jumper before, but it's true. Also, hadn't noticed it had elbow pads. Ah well. Not the best look but not the worst either.
