Yes, very much agree Mr B looked very gorgeous tonight. We're all happy bunnies because he's ditched the cardis and jackets. Good wowage and everything this evening! HD's 3rd time on the OS and it's all getting a bit tedious now....they need to rest her for a little while. I'm a little bit behind with KK's usual glorious phawtaws so I'll address that problem (problem, wot problem ) later! Just dipped into the MB pot and come out with this....lovely! http://m1098.photobucket.com/albumvi...12159.png.html and this..... http://m1098.photobucket.com/albumvi...13834.png.html Not too sure about the flat-capped Matt on last lot of CF pics but I'll give them another gaw ![]() After a lovely day being thoroughly pampered, I'm back to the hard graft tomorrow....Keep Fit and a hectic shopping trip It's got to be done!So CCM to all MBlovers and readers. Pleasant dreams. xx |

For some reason Firefox has decided to start opening these pics in mobile photobucket! I don't know why. I was looking at another picspam earlier which worked fine and I've changed nothing since then. Means I can only see tiny pics again.
Never mind. I don't think there would be any I'd particularly like to mull over anyway. I really didn't like the way Matt was dressed for this event. Seemed inappropriate. Thanks anyway, kk. ![]() If someone on the thread opens one of the pictures on their phone and links to it then it shows the mobile URL - if you follow that link you get the mobile version too. And it remembers that when you follow my picture links so it shows you the mobile version of the site. If you click the link at the bottom that says "desktop site" then it'll swap it and remember that when you click any other link. |

Lowish rating for The One Show last night 3.19m (19% share). Lost a couple of percentage points to Emmerdale which went up from 35% on Tuesday to 37% yesterday...

Afternoon ![]() Loved the CF style, OS presenters demonstrating their forklift skills; not surprised to see Matt controlled very well but I would never want to see Matt chooses it as a newfound career. He’s far-versatile and multi-talented. ![]() ![]() Quote:
Yes, please please minus Andrew. Why the beeb employ him is beyond me. His commentaries are even worse than his tennis was, and that's hard to achieve! I tend to watch matches more on continental channels, just because of the beeb commentaries. Swiss and French I find are less biased, less partisan, and German I don't understand so I can just enjoy the match
The thing I dread most (as I'm sure do many non-British tennis players) is Sue Barker at Wimbledon. In her interviews with tennis greats she skips quickly through their achievements so she can ask the burning question - what do you think of Tim/Andy/whoever is current British favourite's chances? It's such an embarrassment. Anyway, Wimbledon is soon upon us again. I'm not expecting Roger to get to the finals, or maybe even the semi-finals, this year. Not the way he's been playing. I'm not really an Andy fan though I've been supporting him last week. I'm expecting, and would like to see, a Nadal/Djokovic final. I think tennis goes through phases. I'm older than you and remember watching Borg, McEnroe and Laver play. There were some truly classic matches there. It has its ups and downs. Anyway, enough about tennis (though in truth I could go on forever ). This is a Matt thread. If only we could look forward to watching him play at Wimbledon, eh? I can see the outfit in my mind already - thud!Wimbledon on next Monday …Roger doesn't seem to be fit enough to play well at the moment or would he. I’d love to see the Nadal/Djokoic final and let the best man win but Andy might have a good chance to get to the final and actually win it. He just needs to ignore what the useless peeps saying and keep fit, focus on what he needs to do. He’d make a history. I remember Matt once said in his interview that he discussed with his parents which sport he should pursuit after he had to give up the gymnastics. Tennis was one of the options but he said he went with the pole-vaulting. We have not seen his pole-vaulting skills. He’d be great and look fabulous in short and vest that the athletics wear. For Tennis I think he could at least play for a charity rally like the-celebs did after the Queen’s Club final this year. Guarantee that he’d do well and be looking hot whatever the colour of the outfits is. ![]() ![]() Quote:

hi Rita - the mobile photobucket issue is nothing to do with me
![]() If someone on the thread opens one of the pictures on their phone and links to it then it shows the mobile URL - if you follow that link you get the mobile version too. And it remembers that when you follow my picture links so it shows you the mobile version of the site. If you click the link at the bottom that says "desktop site" then it'll swap it and remember that when you click any other link. Found other people online who had the same problem so discovered what to do about it but I did not know it happens as a result of opening other people's links. I do that sometimes to see what pics they like, so that would explain it. It's good to know because I really hate it when computers behave oddly and you don't know the reason why (not being an expert on software). Makes me feel as though I'm not in control and the software is making decisions for me! So thank you. Very helpful.

The 12th of May saw the Countryfile team exploring the maritime history of Hampshire. This featured Matt exploring the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth and Butser Ancient Farm (to build a log boat - and yes, burning the middle with fire is the recognised building method as I saw that discussed the day this show aired at the Maritime Museum in Cornwall
)![]() Love "the stride" in this pic http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...16at174154.png Like all the close-ups, but especially these http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...16at174653.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...16at175025.png And this is nice http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...16at175440.png And a lovely close-up of mouth and stubble ![]() http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...16at175705.png |

Afternoon all
Rating for last night's show The One Show 4.03m (21% share). Pretty good result as the weather took a turn for the worse across the UK so more people stayed in ![]() I'm hoping to get back to doing a picspam today after cinema on Wednesday and not feeling great yesterday. And I have a couple of days off next week which will help me get back on track! |

It's the 13th of May on The One Show with guest Ricky Gervais (who was appearing in the new Muppet movie) and we finished off the show with a custard pie fight
![]() Matt was wearing an orange jumper, white shirt and tweedy trousers (lovely but very autumnal). Not one of my favourite looks you won't be surprised to hear. A few pics I like (at least there was good stubble )http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...17at205016.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...17at205145.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...17at205235.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...17at205712.png Thank you kk. |

Star hope you has a successful shopping trip ![]() ![]() Thank you SkyBlue for enquiring about my shopping expedition In fact, I was presented with a ticket for Burn The Floor for yesterday's matinee performance so the retail therapy (!) trip was postponed until today. The show was excellent, very lively (and loud ) and Robin and Kristina and Katya strutted their stuff. There were 2 tremendous singers supporting the fiery dancing troupe and I felt quite exhausted at the end of the performance I managed to get most of my holiday-wear shopping done this afternoon so that's another job out of the way!Isn't this gorgeous...... http://m1098.photobucket.com/albumvi...05235.png.html Matt has the look of a naughty schoolboy.....can just imagine him being reprimanded by the teacher!! Thanks for the latest picspam KK, it looks a big'un!! I will wend my way through it later. Hope you are feeling better today, you've had lots to deal with recently. Expect you're happy it's the weekend, horray! I have my brother's 70th birthday bash tomorrow so yet another day out.....still, all my busy days are delightful (and thanks a million times for my special day on Wednesday - you know who you are ) and they contain a great deal of happiness to help me through sad times. The One Shows on Fridays continue to be shambolic, tonight's seemed to be all over the place Still Matt's calm and guiding hand will take over on Monday! And CF looks good on Sunday, Matt's item being 'sheep and smuggling'. Lots of potential there ![]() Hope everyone is having a great evening and trust you enjoy the weekend. Night night and CCM to all. xx |

It's the 16th of May on The One Show with guest Jack Dee. This was the episode that featured jokes about wigs and Matt and Alex getting a lift from a strongman
![]() Matt was wearing a salmon pink jumper, a very interesting shirt (double collar, white with little spots, inner collar was grey), and jeans ![]() I like these http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...22at172215.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...22at172636.png http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...22at173327.png Thanks kk. PS. Safari, which does interesting new things to me all the time, has decided to select small sections of text, turn them green, double underline them and add a small arrow which links to an advert for something or other (different ads all the time). Interesting. |

Aagghh! The dreaded salmon pink jumper! The"interesting" shirt is lost beneath it really isn't it - though perhaps that's just as well. Matt himself looking gorgeous of course but the whole image is just too glaring for me to be able to focus on him. Never mind - better days are coming
