Some let it go to their heads completely and think their gods gift to the universe, others try too hard to compensate and come across as patronising & fake. But there are alot, including Mr Bolt who get it spot on. He's the best in the world at what he does, we all know that, he knows it and if he didn't believe it he wouldn't be as good. But he also knows it doesn't make him worth more than the person interviewing/driving/serving him coffee when it comes down to it. He's a fast runner but theres probably things they can do better than him.
I mean no-ones brilliant at everything are they.....

I got it Bee. Does it call the unspoken understanding? Hah...hah..

I haven't caught up with last night's One Show yet. Was out to dinner last night and had lots to do today. I didn't know it was going to be an hour one. Sounds like it was good fun though.”
Hi Rita, I think I know what you mean. When Matt joined BP he was a lovely skinny talented lad, not thuddable as you say but I did find him attractive on BP after he got married cos he became manlier and hunkier.
In these pics in particular I found him attractive and hottie:

Honestly I didn’t get thudded until I saw the sexy vamp in guyliner and red highlight hair. It was the first time ever I was in the state of thud but again no one can thud me like he did. I am really picky and hard to please. I blame it on him cos he set the standard incredibly high. I haven't found someone I can call his rival yet.

So it's time for the hot beverage and seeing OH again! CCM to all lovely MB posters and readers. Sweet dreams. xx”
I didn’t see it. Will it be on her show next week?

Also the quickstep pics. Can't believe the height he gets in some of the jumps. A glorious dance. A tail coat is the the one time where I dont mind him in an unstubbly state. Especially when combined by cutest side parting ever. ( a look he's kept!)
I think in the 100 metre race he lost all his time with the dodgy start in second race. He's speedy! Am pretty sure he'll be in lycra come mid nov Bee. I can't imagine him sitting on the sofa anchoring it when he could be out there pedalling/mentoring etc.
Xx”
Matt the little tapper…His QS tailcoat fitted him well nicely though VW tailcoat was big for him but he was looking dashingly handsome in those tailcoats. Side-parting suits him well but I do love his curly hair without side-parting too.
For 100m live race, both Matt and Alex wasn’t ready yet when Brian said ‘go’. They started few seconds late and as it was 100m race, Matt could only speed up toward the end of the race. Usian’s recent personal best for 100m race is 9.58 second. Matt’s personal best without having yum was 13.08 seconds. So he is speedy Gonzales in my eyes.

Equally annoying is when somebody is genuinely great and at the top of their game then if they don't go in for the false modesty nonsense they tend to be called arrogant by press and comments online. And that's just really irritating - it's as if a chunk of the public would prefer it if they were worse at their job (I had to stop reading F1 comments online when I saw people's attitude towards Lewis Hamilton, though half the time I think the colour of his skin is a lot of commentators issues there...)
Quiet self confidence is awesome - knowing you're good at what you do and not having to pretend to be worse at it to please the public. And that's what I think people like Usain Bolt have.
And to bring it back on topic that self-assuredness is what I see in Matt. Someone who is comfortable and confident in his ability to do his job and doesn't really care much about other people's opinions of that. ”
Great points and well said KK. You did sum up what I'd want to say.
I saw once on tobyfan channel. I was quite happy when I found the clip. I’d like to see Jonny on strictly.
