Matt got a waistcoat out tonight, he looked fabulous and bonus vt clip of the sport relief mile that he did with alex in scotland a very busy day for them. A tiny little bit of a stubble on it's way back a happy bouncy matt

Matt was saying that BBC's making the 4 year seasons of the world war and he's doing 'War Horse' thing cos his great-great granddad took all the artillery to the frontline with the mule during the WW1. I couldn't manage to listen well. Got to watch the show again...want to know what he was saying.

Matt looks very young, very cute…Such an adorable lad still you can tell he’s a gorgeous boy. I like his eyes in close-up pic; as I used to say, he has a pair of lovely eyes. I have checked the price and use of image, unfortunately there is no option for personal use.

It’s a new year and a new studio for The One Show as they move in to Broadcasting House on January the 6th. I like the new studio - it’s more central and they have a good ground floor location with an outside area they can make better use of. The guests were Kylie & will.i.am who were on to promote the new series of The Voice.

4.89m viewers (23% audience share). It's really good to see it retaining these ratings since Christmas - particularly the really good share that's so much higher than the start of last year.

A jam packed sofa of guest tonight a odd mixture of bods and the twin doc's were nice, a good show
Matt had got the razor out and was very smooth, looking lovely in his denim shirt that top button was done up really needs to be set free.

Plenty of food around banoffee pie and lots of chips, hope matt got a taster of some of it

First hour long show of the year on The One Show (8th January) and the guests were Vernon Kay and Honor Blackman. Apologies but this episode was broken so it died after 37 minutes and I missed the end with 14 singing Elvises (or Elvi )
