Yeah, agree. The hoops are an iconic strip, so for Nike to bring out that strip with pin stripes is a joke.
We had a picnic blanket last year. Nothing is out of bounds!

The pisser is that Nike make some great kits..........for other clubs.

I think the kit is a grower although £55 for a one season top is a bit of a pisstake considering 2-3 years ago it would be about £35-40.

Just need a No.7 to actually wear it - what's Robbie Keane up to these days?

FWIW - Nike do a cracking Germany top for England.

Excellent result for St Johnstone, they need to see the tie through though.

I wouldn't. Wilson was a good player last season.

What the hell is the script with that Celtic shirt?!
A horrible shirt for the horrible players & their supporters to wear when they sing their horrible songs. At Brentford today, I wonder what they'll be belting out from the IRAoke? No doubt it'll be overlooked by the mhedia up here, just like the songs during the week

Reports suggest they were singing about the death of Lee Rigby. Classy stuff if true.

Appears to have been a rumour started by Rangers fans. Apparently it's not true.

They did however invade the pitch, let off smoke bombs and throw flares onto the pitch

I hear there's still a good few hundred hanging around waiting for the post match 'We beat an English Team' Trophy presentation

Just home from brentford today great wee stadium still rather tipsy but I've got to say outside in the pubs and on the streets it was great but our fans behaviour inside was petty and idiotic, flares, pitch invasions and the usual pira songs but there was no lee rigby songs.

Same old Zombos telling the same old lies. Just like the "Islam" banner at the cup final and that was complete pish as well!

Even if it was true we could just blame Chelsea fans, worked for the dead club for years when they wanted to avoid blaming their own fans for anything.

Fantastic result for St Johnstone during the week.

Its a disgrace mate went in to buy it when it came out. How hard is it to ruin green and white hoops? Ended up buying the replica 1988 cenenary top for 35 quid saved a score and got a proper celtic strip. Are United bringing a new one out?

Of course you'd get it completely wrong. An embarrassed long time Celtic fan tweeted about it.
