As for the company Whyte ran it was wound up on 5/11/12. This can be checked at Companies House.

Now you can prove you couldn't care less and focus on your own club. ”

I really don't care that a football club, playing in blue shirts, at Ibrox, and calling themselves the Rangers is there. I do not care that people support that club.

However it is important to know that the club that was formed in 1872 ended in 2012. Even your current CE and your current PR man recognised this fact last summer.

Interesting development for Europe next season re fair play. Scotland in third place so would get an extra europa league spot. At the moment dundee united top this but if united qualify for europe otherways the place would go to dundee.

However fair plays means you go in from the first qualifying round which is the end of june

And The Pope resigns soon after....

Coincidence? Aye, probably although Charles Green is to purchase The Pope's history - the next pontiff will be known as The The Pope.

I don't know that the Pope really had to resign over this though

Edit : Ha Ha, great minds at the same time...

Well that is the nerves for tonight well and truly kicked in.

My heart says we will win 2-1 but my head says that Juve will beat us 1-0.

I'd happily take no scoring draw back over ther though I fancy us to nick a goal.

Don't have a problem facing that - think we are more than capable having got through two rounds this year.

Most pleasing thing about tonight was the performance of Izzy, the flying Honduran was looking more like his old self.

A painful result in the end but it just shows how important it is to take your chances against a team that has the quality Juventus have.

Have to agree that Ambrose should have been nowhere near the first team

The only thing missing tonight was a Gary Caldwell own goal.

Ambrose was a gamble that backfired - but in the CL Wilson and Ambrose have been our best pairing.

Lennon seemed to suggest that Ambrose would've probably been subbed if it wasn't for Lustig's injury.

That's true.

Can I just add that I've posted on here in the past but gave up recently. I'm a rangers fan, always will be, but have just felt that certain posters have made rangers fans feel totally unwelcome on here.

It's not everyone, that I know, but every post was slating rangers or their supprt. I created a thread showing my support for Celtic tonight. I may support rangers but I'd much rather Celtic won in Europe than anyone else. It's a shame that I feel it's hard to come on here and air my views and opinions without being shot down.

Anyway, unlucky tonight Celtic. They didn't deserve that result but have done Scotland proud

Quite how Lichteiner stayed on the pitch despite his persistant fouling of Hooper I am not sure but we had plenty of chances and just didn't convert them, that is something that the Celtic fans on this thread have commented on for quite a while. In the SPL we tend not to get so punished for it, in Europe it can be a different matter.

The decision to play Ambrose alongside Wilson has obviously not turned out well but, as bhoy07 mentioned, they have been our centre half pairing in the games we have won so I think it is right we went with them.

I though that Victor Wanyama was absolutely superb. There is no doubt he will be leaving in the summer now.

Did he sound like he'd had a gargle prematch?
