The rumour I've heard is that he'll step down if the fans don't want him. Which, to be fair, is probably the same thing.

I don't think we'd have the record as shortest managerial appointment. Wasn't there a guy down in England who was appointed, an hour later the club was sold and he was sacked?

Think it was Rosenior at Torquay - something like 15 minutes after being appointed. #pubquiz

morton signalled their intent with an impressive 4-1 win at East End Park. missed the first half hour of the game and by all accounts dunfermline were the better team with morton lucky to be ahead through a mcdonald penalty, barrowman hit the bar from the spot for the pars. but the second half performance was a joy to watch. Tidser fired in a 20-25 yard effort just after the restart, then set up peaso mcdonald for his second and morton's third. tidser made it 4 with a beautiful volley just inside the box.

Just seen the McGinn incident - stonewall penalty but instead ref books McGinn for diving.

Shocking decision.

Our village bobby was drafted up to Berwick for the Rangers game on Saturday. Had a few pints with him last night.

He described the Rangers fans as having a 'toxic minority' . He was saying that Northumbria hates it when the Old Firm come down as there's generally always trouble and that the minority had really spoilt it.

He believes his bosses and other police forces would be passing serious representation against Rangers coming down to play in England, I assume it was nothing to do with them, but he said there's a strong working relationship between football authorities and the Police

BT have acquired ESPN for next season so the doomsayers can crawl back into their cage.

Now? Nowhere.

Soon? Sky, Virgin and BT Vision.

The Sevco paranoia train is now in full flow because, wait for it, Ian Livingston, the CEO of BT, is a director of Celtic.

And Celtic employee Tony Hamilton was a guest at Shielfield Park to watch the game on Saturday and ESPN dobbed in the fans.

See it's all a Timmy conspiracy against The Rangers.

The 'old firm'

How many times in the last 10 seasons have Celtic been 'down'?
