few positives i have seen is that hes passioante about technical football, possession etc and seems incredibly smart but fan feedback seems to indicate he makes excuses for losing jurys out |

That made me think 6/1 was a good offer. At 3.30 i was effing and jeffing at 0-2! Ive not being doing well will my bets lately and its Cheltenham next week so that was another nail in my coffin at that point! Got a bit of stake money for next week now at least. |

There was a wee report on the news about them being 10 games unbeaten or something plus Celtic were bound to be on a bit of a downer plus the travel etc.

I've given up going to the bookies until the start of next season. Check my predictions on the SPL predictor thread to see the reason why.

Oh i know. Cheer up though, QPR are staying up - i told you first!
![]() What reaction would there have been had United been playing Juventus and had their strikers literally pulled to the ground every time they had a corner and lost the first leg? Now, don't get me wrong, I honestly believe that both Celtic and Rangers get every decision going in their own respective leagues. In fact, I believe the decisions they get are nothing short of downright cheating

I meant to ask you, mate - away from the Man U and every other bloody thread about Nani - but do you not think that the mega-reaction was just way over the top?

Nani gave the ref a decision to make. Once you get to that stage you are in the lap of the Gods mate. Rationally its not a red, but rationally neither were the Kompany red cards that i said i could see why they were given. Its the dreaded "by the letter of the law" again. It took us 10 mins to compose ourselves after a bad decision by which time we had lost two goals. The bad decision wasn't our fault but the reaction was. Too poor. Sorry for the OT to anyone else reading. |

Okay mate, but would Juventus players have been allowed to manhandle Man Utd players in the same manner they were allowed to with the Celtic players?
On one occasion, Scott Brown was fouled three times before a corner reached the penalty box ... would such a scenario have arisen had they been playing MU? I sincerely doubt it ![]() Therefore, one must surely understand the lack of sympathy shown to Utd fans when they believe things go against them |

The stuff Celtic players were subjected to were fouls all day long. Thats the bottom line. It has no relevance to Man Utd though. Thats what happens in Italian football im told. *shrug* |

I'm not buying that for a second mate but if that is your answer there is not a lot more anyone can say to make you understand how pathetic Ferguson's rants are
![]() Sorry. I gave you credit you didnt deserve. SAF didnt rant. He didnt speak at all. You've got your hatred mixed up again. Regardless it doesnt matter. My mistake for treating you seriously. It wont happen again. |
