You can't count Airdrie, Dundee and QOS as 1st division clubs
![]() Dundee and QoS are not 1st division clubs i didnt say they were in my post, they have signed the letter which of course is dependent on Dundee being relegated |

For me this SFL1 breakaway proposal represents a massive vote of 'no confidence' in David Longmuir after his refusal to accept the SFA's offer to act as mediator in reconstruction talks.
I don't know if any of the 8 current SFL1 signatories to the latest proposal are represented on the League Committe but I know that Jim Ballantyne is and of course his Airdrie will be in 2nd Division next season. SPL clubs keep saying they are keen on change but their self preservation mindset always kicks in when it comes to a vote and I just think it will be status quo next season with the only change being a play off place between 11th in SPL and 2nd in SFL1 |

Exactly. If it's about this season, you can't count QOS & Dundee. If it's about next season, you can't count Airdrie!
Dundee Morton Livingston Hamilton Falkirk Raith Dumbarton Dunfermline Cowdenbeath Queen of the South = 10 One out of Cowdenbeath or Dunfermline might also be relegated, but there's also a chance they won't so it's perfectly proper they sign. |

Chick Young and Chris McLaughlin ejected from Ibrox by Jabba because of the latter's story from yesterday.
Young was told he could stay so long as he didn't broadcast. He refused. |

I am going to be the first to suggest it. I am not convinced Jackie McNamara is the long term answer for Dundee United. His results have not been great and I am bit concerned the team may be loaded with Partick players next season
Its probably in the top half dozen jobs in the country, I am not sure if its a jump too far, early next season will tell a lot |

Seeing The Rangers celebrating winning the Third Division like it's the Champions League was hilarious.

This thread is pathetic, hence why I don't tend to post anymore.

It was great for them to win the league, and they had every right to celebrate |

It was a good win. As Ally said we would have bitten anyone's hand off to be told this would be the outcome at the end of the season.
It was great for them to win the league, and they had every right to celebrate Its weird to watch though. Yes there are a lot of kids but there are guys on big money dropping down too. Rangers were always going to walk away with this and they played some gash football along the way. Im not saying it shouldnt be celebrated but it must be an odd feeling? Especially when the club seems to be as unstable as ever? This sounds like im putting the boot in, i dont mean it to be like that at all. |

It's funny because in the eyes of the fans, The Rangers was picking up where Rangers left off, which includes routinely beating SPL sides while marching towards silverwear. I'm sure there was talk of an "easy quadruple" at the start of the season. So for the only trophy to be a title that was a foregone conclusion, and that being celebrated as though it were an SPL title, was hilarious to watch. |

The funniest thing is that with a £7m wage bill to win SFL3, £750k a year McCoist still thinks he needs a transfer warchest and many more players.

Today was more about the footballing side of the club for a change rather than the off the field nonsense. That was a nice distraction
