[Shadow2009]

It was out in 2001, quite a small budget independant movie I think but it stars a young Zoeey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. It's set in a juvenile clinic and it's fascinating stuff. Really deep and meaningful and full of symbolism.

Yeah I saw this film a year or so ago, just to see Zooey act in something serious! It's a pretty good film. I don't know how realistic the institution is but seeing all their issues unfold was very sad.

Looking really outdated now, i'd like to see them remake it - just to see some characters developed a little more.

Although not obviously, it reminds me of 2:37 which is another good film about teenage 'problems' I guess you could say.
