That's the first five stories of audio series 4. The whole thing is a ten episode long story arc.

Are they definitely stopping broadcasting them after five episodes? I sort of assumed the rest would be on the week after.

The audios have proven beyond doubt that Paul McGann is a fantastic Doctor.
If only one of the more recent Doctors can return for the 50th Anniversary special I would much rather it be McGann than Eccleston or Tennant. |

Both McGann and Colin Baker never really got a fair crack of the whip on TV but the Big Finish audio have shown good they could both have been given half a chance

Well, the blame in McGann's case lies squarely on the door of the Fox network. Colin was just plain a victim of executive meddling.

This is excellent stuff. Hope radio four extra do some more. It's only right that the BBC broadcast as much eighth Doctor stuff as they can. ( And Sixth Doctor too if it means Colin getting a cheque. Happy for some of my licence fee going to Big Finish etc).
Glad to see some praise here for The Scarifyers too. It's a hoot. |
