Good! Don't think I could wait another year.

PS: Although reading that blog, it is a bit confusing. Why does the Head of Acquistions say Borgen will air next year, and then later on it says Borgen will air this winter 2013 on BBC One (and not BBC Four)?

Grr! Make up your minds, BBC (or DS, whichever of the two) & put me out my misery

Looks like a mistake in the DS article, the writer meant to put BBC4 not BBC1.

Here's an alternative source making clear it's on BBC4, but also saying that 'this winter' means early 2014 (so same time, a year on, as series 2):

Thanks. That cleared up a few things. Why do they write "this winter" instead of "next winter"? To me, "this winter" means anytime between "now (today) and the first day of spring 2013 (sometime late March/early April). It's so cruel

Some interesting mini-spoilers (but nothing massive) in the link at the end of that RT article.

I wish there was a reapeat of series' 1 and 2. I missed the first series so didn't watch the second but unless you are prepared to pay a lot of money for the DVD, it seems it is impossible to find anywhere that will show series 1 and 2.

Been reading comments on the Bluestone 42 thread and it sounds like it is pretty crap, a poor copy of Gary Tank Commander. However I will watch this episode to see the lovely 'Katrine' and I guess she will be speaking English in her very sexy accent.

Well I've watched S3 ep1 without subtitles, luckily there were some english bits
I can confirm there is great furniture, Birgitte looks great but wears stupid looking glasses and Kasper's hair is a bit odd. That is all

There's a series two blooper reel here.

http://www.dr.dk/DR1/Borgen/bagom.htm

No subtiltes but quite amusing. Lots of Birgitte/Bent, Katrine/Torben, but no Kenny/Kaspar.

Also, you can watch s3 episodes and the featured stars in the opening credits is quite interesting, only three and not who you would expect!!

Just finished season two. Shame in the 'African' episodes the homophobic leader didn't say to Serjo

"What's you name?"

and Birgitte reply

"Don't tell him, Bent".

I watched a film the other day called "A Hijacking." There are three actors from Borgen in the film - Pilou Asbæk, Søren Malling and Dar Salim.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2216240/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Apologies if this has been mentioned already.

That looks pretty good and with the Tom Hanks film, Captain Phillips, hitting our screens in a similar story it will be interesting to see the Danish v American comparison.

To be honest, the blurb on the Radio Times site makes it sound more like a re-run of S1.
