I was in London for Holly's Olympic final last year and she was lacking confidence and all over the place really. Looked far more confident and determined today. She's confirmed now that she's going to be a major force in the event.
Only when there's no wind it seems.

Good stuff from Perri & Eilidh and also from Mohammed in 800m sneaking the bronze despite the best efforts of the Ukranian who should be DQ'd.
He was.

Ridiculous amount of pushing and shoving in so many of these races.

I thought the Portuguese woman who won the 3000m should have been DQ'd after what she did in the first start when she blatantly shoved that other woman to the ground (and into the middle of all the other women eventually causing the British woman to take a bad fall).

Good that the Ukrainian ended up DQ'd as you could see on the slo-mo replay that he clearly looked across to see Mo and moved over to block him.

The bar moved off the support and landed on part of the mechinism holding the support in place, so it counts as a failure. Luckily it did not affect the result.

Gold for the men, but do we have to worry about a DQ?

I think I mixed up the pushing and shoving - it wasn't the Ukranian in Mohamed's race that was DQ'd. It was the Russian in Bingham's race (and the Russian has now been reinstated).

Ouch DQ for the men? Seems harsh - these indoor tracks are really tough for the 400 runners.

Given that they reinstated the Russian they have to reinstate them.

The counter appeal should hopefully give us back the gold.

Have been DQ'ed but am sure they'll appeal. The Russian who was DQ'ed in the 400m individual later got reinstated for similar.

Watching the replay, that's an unbelievable DQ decision, the Pole clearly forces him off the track. Has to be reinstated.

Buck had absolutely no where to go!! Counter protest/appeal/whatever it's called needs to be made!

The 4 girls did really well - been a brilliant day for Perri Shakes!

The Pole cut straight accross him. GB must put in a counter appeal.
