At work we have a couple of wifi hotspots, over the last 3 weeks we have not been able to access them on smartphones/tablets. The network appears in the list but whenever you try to receive emails, goto websites or try to use apps its a no go.
Just asked the admin building (the special people) if there wifi is also down and it is however people can connect to the wifi by the laptops.
Can you tell the difference between a smartphone and a laptop on the internet network?
