On Celebrity Weakest Link today, Gazza (not the brightest button in the box) was asked the following question "In the mathematical equation 'E=MC squared', what does the E stand for ?"
His answer = 'Elephant'

Any more ridiculous answers people can remember ?

On the same edition, didn't Alex Higgins incorrectly answer "(paraphrasing) Which day of the week comes after Sunday but before Tuesday?"

i love this show and as for the outtakes

I remember Anne asked a bloke why he voted for a certain woman and his reply was that she did not give him a chewing gum on the taxi ride to the studio

Another question asked was what bird do you salute .. the woman answered A Penguin

Now though, you could wriggle your way out of that one because there is a penguin that is Colonel-in-Chief of the Norwegian army

I know although I'll bet not as shocked as my dad, who didn't realise it was a repeat from a few years back and got the fright of his life seeing poor Alex and Henry Cooper.

Yes but posh folk tend to say R for hour, although I believe that Anne is a scouser.

I can't remember what it was but a she asked a question and we at home and the contestant didn't understand a word of it, there were blank faces all round when she gave the answer and everyone realised it was the way she pronounced it.

Yeah he looked awful, surprised he lived for as long as he did, the booze and drugs along with the cancer had really taken there toll on Alex's body.

This reminded me of 'Family Fortunes' about 20 years ago. Les Dennis asked this question in the final round - 'name a type of ache'.

The contestant replied: 'a fillet of fish'. He misheard hake for ache!
