Does anybody have any decent, quick, easy fudge recipes? I tend not to be very good at sweet recipes, they tend not to erm.. shall we say, work, so I need something simple. The only reason I ask is because everywhere I go, it tends to be cheap awful tasting cubes of rubbish, with vanilla crap in it. A market near me used to have a butter fudge stall, the proper stuff and he closed before Christmas

Nigella Lawson made a lovely looking dark, chocolatey one in her Xmas episode this year I think it was.

I've never really wanted to try making fudge before but this one looked really easy.

I'm sure it's probably still on I Player to watch.
