' ... But while we lost sight of them, Nadia grew. Like Pete Andre, Nadia too saw reality TV as a springboard to pop stardom. From Top of The Swaps to Top of The Pops and her debut single.

A duet with Kerry McPadding is surely on the cards for our Nadia, as the jungle Queen emeritus looks for a new partner (for more on that read on).

And then Nadia and Kerry can appear on Back To Reality 2 - along with James Hewitt, the former lover of Princess Diana, who’ll be keen to defend the crown he won on the inaugural show ...'

Read the rest here, Anorak, 24/12/04.

Given the raw material, I thought that was a pretty poor show by Anorak standards.

You could almost pick any thread at random from the DS RTV forums and find wittier stuff than that.

I don't think Anorak is much of a Nadia fan. They have a poll on the righthand side, which asks ' Who is your man of 2004?' It lists as below, and Nadia seems to be leading it.

Joe Pasquale 30%

George Bush 18%

Nadia Almada 53%

I think Anorak are losing their touch.

Definitely agree about Anorak losing their touch. The poll on Who is the best man of 2004 is very nasty!!

I'm no fan of Nadia, but referring to her as a man is pathetic. Seeing that she is polling 52% shows the level of intelligence of their readers

I agree cheeks - a noisy, irritating housemate and a thoroughly unworthy winner who was foisted upon us as the winner from about week 3 - but Nadia is a woman and that's that.

A black or gay person wouldn't get half the snide, bigoted remarks that a transexual gets - the GBP has a lot to learn on that front.
