What film is this?
There's a man who's addicted to TV and his wife throws something at it and smashes it, asking why he can't be 'do-er' instead of a 'watcher'.
Anyone know what movie I'm talking about here? |

I can only think of 'Meet Mr Lucifer' from 1953.

There's a line in the play "Barefoot in the Park" about watchers and do-ers... The film version is from 1967: http://www.imdb.co.uk/title/tt0061385/
